Mattenga's Pizzeria 46 HW New Braunfels

I ordered the Sante Fe pizza and Favor delivered. It was SO good! Fresh, hot, and a nice kick with the hatch chiles. Yum!!

My new favorite pizza place in New Braunfels. I have been twice already. Both times my family and I have ordered breadsticks and a family style pepperoni pizza. The ingredients are fresh, the breadsticks were amazing. The pizza resembles a New York style pizza. The staff has always been friendly, and the pizza was on time as promised both times. A word of caution though. When using the online app, it tries to default to Schertz. So beware. One time I placed the order and it when to Schertz. Highly recommend Mattenga's. Will 100% definitely be back. I am bummed I have not known about this place sooner!Enjoy!

One of my favorites in town! The sauce is fantastic, pepperoni was cup and char (which you can choose other styles of pepperoni) the crust is great too! Love love love everything about Mattenga's!

When I want pizza, it's always going to be Mattengas! Their pizza is AMAZING. Seriously, I've had so many pizzas from there & there hasn't been a time it's has been perfect. Also, don't forget to ask for their Texas Ranch! It's so good!

Very good pizza! The New Braunfels branch is more like a quick take out place than a restaurant. I would definitely order next time for take out as it got very busy with people waiting for their take out orders and the space is smallish.

This place is awesome!! The food is so good and so is the service. They are all so friendly which makes rhetorical ambiance really nice. We will definitely coming back. AND. their brisket pizza is AMAZING!!!

Piping hot pizza and great customer service!This location is itty bitty with seating for 3 groups of 4 inside and groups of 6 on the front patio dining. But is in an excellent location for those who want to pick up delicious pizza on their way home since the next pizza spot down 46 is nearly 8-10 miles away. The Waikiki is loaded with ground pork, ham and pineapple, is not on the current printed menuin-house but they can certainly make it! Custom pizza is their thing. The takeout and pick up of pizzas is insane as I watched dozens of pizza and salads go out the door.The one less star only because I prefer a little bit more sauce and my crust to be crispy from crust to center; the center is just a bit on the soggy side for my kind of pizza but the crust itself is airy and has a touch of sweetness with a great chew! I will plan on a side of extra sauce next timeThere is no alcohol served on premise.Very glad to have them in our neck of the woods

This place is unbelievable in a number of ways. I had a problem with wings one day and received a phone call almost immediately during my complaint to apologize and offer free wings. Their food is top notch, the food is made in record time always, the employees are always friendly, and those Mattenga's text messages are timed perfectly when I'm driving home and I don't want to make dinner, Mattenga's always offers a better solution!

Great thin crust pizza with whatever you want on it and fast service is pleasantJust plain delicious

Service was amazing, considering I just got a small pizza for take out. And the pizza was actually very good. I'll be back.
