Cassie (Cassandra) is the best waitress I have had in many years! She was so nice, fast, made suggestions, and accommodating. She was busy and hustling - and made the entire experience great. The food was good and everyone else I encountered was great too! And sitting on the patio by the river was also nice

Came to the restaurant around local time 2pm, there are still descent amount customers here ( about 30) . The restaurant is on the center of the river walk, convenient to hop on those tour boat here. And I got seated right away, their menu looks tempting, and I sat down ordered the jimmy jambalaya, it took about 15 mins to be served. Definitely food tastes freshly cooked, the spicy level just right, the chicken and shrimp are really juicy . Hmmm yummmmm, love it .Also noticed that they have kids menu , family friendly restaurant for sure. One star off for the waiter took my water order wrong -- I said no ice , but I got really generous amount of it.

Every time I go on my annual boys trip with the same guys for almost 10 years now, we always go to a Margaritaville. Well, I did a majority of the trip planning this time, so I decided to get this out of the way and have this be the first stop we go to right after we landed to start our trip. There's nothing really to run home about. It just gets the job done. It's right on the river walk, but we opted to sit inside as it was way too hot during the day. Service is pretty good and the food is good enough to fill you up.

We came in here during a recent family trip to beat the late summer heat on the riverwalk and it was a perfectly enjoyable experience. The beverages come in large glasses with plenty of ice, the restrooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu was a little light on gluten free choices and was a typical bar + restaurant. I had a chicken salad which was a bit bland but suited my needs.

Came in to get out of the heat and to have 1 more drink before leaving San Antonio River Walk. I got the coconut something. Actually my friend ordered, and I just said the same. The drink was delicious, with a great coconut flavor. It was cold, refreshing, and I drank it down pretty quickly. We did order fried pickles and chips and salsa as well to share. I really liked the salsa. It was a little chunky, with a medium heat. Fried pickles were great too. Waitress was nice. It was a nice end to our day at the River Walk

We were in San Antonio for a conference at the Convention Center and went to Margaritaville for lunch since it was a quick walk. The restaurant is spacious and inviting. The staff provides great customer service and and the food came out quickly. The Cajun Shrimp Dip was tasty. We both enjoyed the creaminess and the spice level of the dip, The Southwest Chicken Salad was unimaginative and the chicken was not properly seasoned.

Came here with my wife and her family. Went to order specialty margaritas and were told that they couldn't make them do to there machines being down which is strange for a place named margaritaville to have down multiple margarita machines. We ordered just appetizers which were the fried pickles, nachos, and chicken tenders. The nachos were cold and basically just a bunch of chips with very little cheese and other toppings, the pickles were cold and soggy and the chicken tenders were over cooked. Are waitress at was a short Hispanic woman that did not hardly check on us and ran off before we could ask for anything. I hope that management gets this place fixed because it definitely is on a down hill slope.
