Marco's Pizza

This is the worse establishment in the area! We ordered delivery and it was over an hour past our scheduled delivery! I called and talked to the manager "Brie" and she was rude and just kept providing me with excuses on why the food was late! Brie is extremely rude and used profanity over the phone which was uncalled for, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service with this establishment!

The app makes ordering so easy. Delivery is very fast, and the pizza is great! The Chicken Fresco pizza and any pizza made with old world pepperoni are especially good. Don't change anything.

One of our favorite pizza places- especially for delivery. The employees have always been very helpful when calling in, both for orders and information. The pizzas are always nice, fresh and delicious, especially their classic old world pepperoni pizza and the chicken fresco pizza. In addition to all these pluses, they have always been very fast and accurate with our orders and deliveries!

Have ordered from this location before and never really had a problem. Recently ordered pizza and the dough was raw in most of the pizza. I Could not eat it. Had to throw away.

Very disappointed with their wings. If I order the big order of 15 pieces. It could only be one favor. That's fine. But, I couldn't have different sauce. It had to be all one kind of sauce. Keep your wings, don't need you to be greedy with your sauce.

Ordered in desperation through a delivery service when our normal pizza place had taken over an hour to sort themselves out. I did not look at reviews, just that it would be fast, reasonably priced and we hadn't tried them yet.Best choice I could have made! The Pepperoni Magnifico was excellent! Seasoned all over, two sizes of pepperoni, perfectly baked and done quickly? Yes, please! For me, I wasn't thrilled with how much grease got under the slices, but I get it, a lot of pepperonis will do that. A little kick in the flavor more than made up for it. SO wanted to give it 6 stars, called it the best pizza in a long time!The cinnamon squares were less amazing because I prefer more seasoning instead of dipping sauce, and it was also too greasy for me. That was just the SO's style though. Thanks, Marco's. You're our new first pick for pizza. We'll be back!

don't EVER order delivery from this location. i have tried 3 separate times to get one single pizza delivered and NEVER RECEIVED IT. dominos has NEVER let me down like marcos does.

Love the pizza its was fresh! The employees are nice and owner was very polite. I will be back again!!! Glad its close too my house.

I always order carry out at Marco's Pizza because other family members have told me their delivery service is not reliable. Family members I told about Marco's Pizza when they first opened. I'm now ashamed I ever told my family members about Marco's!It seems like it's new staff every time I go there. I guess that's why the quality isn't consistent.Today I ordered a meatball sub. The computer told me to wait 20 minutes before picking it up. I arrived 20 minutes later. My meatball sub was cold!I wanted to get a drink. Asked if they had any 7up or sprite. They evidently didn't carry either and were out of the knock off brand that they did carry.Obviously management is ever changing as well. If they can't even keep drinks in stock, one has to wonder what other issues they have!It's a shame to see this devolve into a less than acceptable pizza place because it was decent when they first opened.When they first opened there was plenty of staff and the products were delicious and hot! It's not like that anymore.I'll never understand why companies franchise their brand. They end up ruining their brand reputation with incapable franchise owners!As a consumer, once I find out it's a franchise, I rarely visit if at all!
