Marcelo's Ice Cream

I have been searching for a delicious fruit and raspa spot near my home. I just so happened to stumble upon this new spot. When I walked in the owner greeted me and was very nice and helpful. I was not sure what to order because I wanted everything. The owner recommend, the usual favorite a Mangonada; it did not disappoint. I am delighted that this new place is so close. I am always craving delicious fruit and raspas and will definitely give this place another visit.

Very good and Hit the spot. I looked and looked for a place in the area on Yelp and couldn't find anything, so we went old school and drove around.... Found this place on Marbach and 410. We got:Ellote en Vaso (Corn in Cup) very well made. Ingredients Weren't just thrown on top, mixed throughout. Corn was plump (for a lack of better words) and hot! Spice was perfect!!Mangonada was on point! Not over powered by the other ingredients. Well blended and well proportioned. Frito Pie... Can never go wrong with a Frito pie. They did not skimp on the chili or cheese. And I must add, it was not messy. The bag was clean and served with a napkin. Would have taken pictures but we scarfed it down We will be returning to this little Gem in the Wall on the WestSide.

Marcelo's is an amazing place to get any nostalgic desert that you cannot find on the north side of San Antonio. Customer Service: Marcelo's does not accept debit or credit cards which left the situation awkward but then they said to pay the next time we go to their location. This instantly made us a loyal fan; the gesture was so sincere and genuine. We will definetly come back ASAPMangonada: The mangonada was amazing and very tasty! The mix the chamoy and mango in layers which means you always have a great portion of both chamoy and mango in every bite!Fresas Con Crema: This was extremely delicious and my girlfriend devoured them because of how good it was. Atmosphere: In the middle of the location there is a HUGE cooler of everyh popsicle you can think of. Everyone was friendly and smiling! Marcelo's has a genuine and very nostalgic feel to it!Amazing place 5/5

Worst mangonada I've had. Hard, granulated shaved ice that's heavily artificially sweetened. Barely any chamoy.

I ordered a strawberrys and cream and this bitch gave me a cup of out of season strawberrys no ice cream no shaved ice...I'm about to FLIP TF OUT!!!!
