Los Viejones

We caught Los Viejones at an office building but talking to them, we found out they are usually on Hildebrand. They have a pretty wide selection to order from tacos, quesadillas, burgers, and more. I ordered the Quesabirria and a Topo Chico and they were made right then and everything came out quickly. The presentation was done really well and it came with two different salsas. Everything was delicious! The corn tortillas were really well made, thick and held up well. The birria itself was very tasty, and the two different salsas gave some great additional flavor (one was more of an avocado salsa, and one was a salsa rojo). It also came with some very fresh tasting cucumber as well as a chile torreado that was a nice addition. Overall I had a really good experience from the team and the food was excellent. Definitely go visit them or keep an eye out for when they may be nearby!

I had an excellent experience at Los Viejones. The service was top notch and the employees were super hospitable! The quesadilla de pastor that I ordered was so good and they don't skimp on the portions! I will definitely be back again!
