Great food and service always. Been coming here 8+ years and plan on always coming!If you're in the area stop by for some cheap tacos and great service!

Enjoyed a tasty chicken fajita salad. Chips and salsa were tasty as well. I liked that it was not too crowded or loud. Service and price was good. Love the restaurant's name and horse theme.

A colleague recommended this place today and I'm so happy she did! Sweet tea was fresh and chips and salsa are on point! They gave me plenty of time to order and didn't mind that I only speak English. The Al Pastor plate was only $6.99 and the food is just like my Amas. Beans are flavorful and rice is moist and fresh. Al Pastor was full of flavor and juicy. They use lots of fresh cilantro which I love and the veggies are crisp and clean. Tortillas are hand made.Best lunch from a mom n pop place in a long time!!!

This is the worst Mexican restaurant I ever been. Nothing is authentic here. Fake hard chips & salsa to began with. Then the fake lemonade is Powder lemonade not even home made. I ask the waitress if they clean there tripas & she kept saying yes. & sure enough they weren't & it only came with like 6 Tripas not even enough for a taco & the plates are $10.99 & not even clean. YUCK ! Then I return the plate only for them to still charge me. That's not good business. My dad caldo barely had meat. Who doesn't love breakfast tacos?! Not only are these tacos good and filling, they're only $1.25 each! I like to come with some coworkers for breakfast every once in a while, and every time it's been a good experience. The service is fast and the food is hot. It's not the prettiest place to eat but the food is tasty enough to have you coming back for more. I've had a couple different breakfast plates here as well and i must say I enjoy the migas and tacos the most. You can even try the migas breakfast taco! So good!

This small restaurant is easy to miss when driving down Castroville Road. But keep your eyes peeled and you'll find It nearby HB Gonzalez Elementary. They run a breakfast taco special (three of the same kind until 10 AM for only $2.49) that will leave your belly and wallet smiling afterwards.Overall the place looked relatively clean. Paintings of horses and actual horseshoes adorned the walls, giving off a warm, Texan atmosphere. Employees were friendly but didn't speak much English. The menu was extensive (enchiladas, puffy tacos, etc.), but I only tried the chorizo and egg breakfast tacos. The warm tortillas tasted homemade and were wonderfully fluffy and soft. Equal parts chorizo and egg paired with a spicy green sauce made this one of the better tacos I've had in SA. Only drawback? Small parking lot but it wasn't that crowded in the morning. Did I mention that you can leave satisfied spending less than $3? Great for a student's budget!

Listen, I am not one to leave a bad review but jeez, this place. I work nearby and it's one of the only restaurants in the area (unfortunately) and I've been here about 15 times. Enough time to make my mind up about this place. 1. The staff is always rude, with the exception of a few of the waitresses, but they act like they are doing you a service of getting food YOU pay for. 2. Eight tacos and 3 salsas?! Like seriously how cheap can you be. 3. They are overpriced and the food is NOT that good. Their cheese burger is probably the only delicious thing on that menu. Don't go here. You're better off going to Mama Margie's, and even that's a stretch. 4And you better make sure everything you asked for is is in the bag, even the ketchup you specifically requested.

Not the best first time experience. We sat down the waitstaff passed us several times after 15-20 minutes I asked one of the waitresses if someone could help us. She asked another waitress to help us. Food was ok. Tortilla were not the best. Waitress only came twice. It was not busy for her to only come twice. I will not be coming back
