Los Hermanos Barbacoa

These tamales are fire! Almost like moms, they are stuffed & greasy. Greasy is good, trust me, it'll lubricate your insides. My sister told me about this place, we usually go for the tamales. They sell barbacoa also, haven't had it yet, it is on my to do list. They open early, they always greet me here. They have alot if the older brand sodas, RC & old school sodas.

Best tamales in San Antonio. Bought 6 dozen a couple of weeks ago from here and my whole family couldn't stop complimenting them. Perfect amount of meat to masa ratio, meat was so tender and tasty. This has become my family's go to place for tamales now.

One of the best barbacoa in town. The staff is very nice and peasant. The ambiance is your typical pick up restaurant no dine-in is available but the food is great. The beans with chicharron is pretty good.

Best tamales in San Antonio. They are very tasty, moist, & filled with meat. They are not stingy with the meat they fill their tamales. I also recommend their meat chicharrones, mmmmm.... Everything is good there you can't go wrong!!

My Sunday stop for some barbacoa ... Yummy !! This place is always a great place to pick up some great tasting barbacoa, and a little extra. This is a family owned business. They are always very friendly to all their customers. i have never been disappointed with their food or there service.

I live in milwaukee wisconsin and every year that I drive down to Mexico I stop on my way down there and back. Barbacoa and are very delicious. Always bring back some tamale to fam in Milwaukee. #1buckschamps

This spot is great tamales are so good i apologize for the comment, spouse's never aggre with you but the tamales are the best in the west side. Con todo respeto y los frijoles estan vien buenos.

Started buying tamales from here about ten years ago. Went a few years without buying any, went back yesterday and THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED. Still PERFECT giant, soft, delicious tamales. Buy here. They are huge, waaaay better than many out there who are small and perfectly rolled/commercialized. These are big and messy and they make them like your grandma makes them. Homemade and delicious. They never disappoint!
