I absolutely love this place, the bartenders were amazing and attentive The place was cute with lots of military association and love the fact that it's classyThe food was delish and the bratwurst plate was so good the potato salad with the red cabbage was amazing The pretzels are worth ordering and you can taste the different beers I will be coming back to this place

I came here with a buddy during the week for an after work drink.The spot is very proud of its military heritage! They have a war movie playing on one Tv screen at all times. When we went, they were playing "the Green Berets."The first room near the bar is a bit more low key. I suggest you enter the second room with the projector screen. They have plenty of screens to watch whatever game is on.The food is also delicious. The waitress did a great job suggesting the nachos. On my list of best breweries in town. A bit out of the way from the city center, but worth the drive!

What a fantastic place. We wanted dinner, and saw them in Yelp, so decided to try them out. Though I wasn't sure because breweries are typically loud, I quickly became a fan. The beer was fantastic, the food was amazing, the atmosphere friendly. I could hear music from my youth (the 60s), but it was in the background. I didn't have to strain to hear my wife, nor yell so she could hear me. The service? fast, friendly, there but not hovering. I also love all the references to the Armed Forces; I'm an Air Force retiree, so in may ways it felt like coming home.Definitely going back!

We happened here after visiting the Animal Shelter. They had an Oktoberfest party happening and the place was busy inside! It was very festive with traditional German outfits and a live band! The beers were very good, and they have a full kitchen and menu. The bartender noted that the food menu changes depending on special events (there was a lot of German-style food and apps), but there are some staples as well. We ordered a large pretzel and a brat on a pretzel bun. It was all very, very good! My only reason for giving it 4 stars out of 5 is that I love a nice patio or a place to sit outside. The location is in some industrial area and though they do have outdoor seating it is not covered and basically just in the parking lot. We visited on a HOT summer day and no one was out there. The place is super clean and cool inside! We will be back if we are ever in the area again.

I'm so glad that we were recently introduced to Longtab Brewery. Some dear friends of ours were in town and had visited here before and suggested we meet up. The drinks and food were outstanding and I believe this will be a new hangout for us. Longtab is veteran owned with rich brews. They also have some great Texas wines. I had the Messina Hof Almond Demi-Sec and it was downright delightful. The food was awesome. My husband and I shared a giant Bavarian pretzel. The beer cheese sauce was the perfect accompaniment. We also shared the sausage and red pepper flatbread. We licked the platter clean and were stuffed when we left. The staff was great and helpful. We will be back soon. This business is located in a warehouse building, so we didn't expect much. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, atmosphere, food and beer. I'm not sure how often they have live music but we were lucky to be there on a night with a live band. Definitely will be back and definitely have been recommending it to others to try!

Longtab Brewing made for a fantastic date night! The food was delivered hot and was absolutely delicious. My husband tried two beers, the Panzer Kaserne and OSS, while I enjoyed the Jedburgh, which was clean, crisp, and refreshing. Hubby loves a good Oatmeal Stout, so the OSS was an obvious favorite. We started with the Bavarian pretzel, and the mustard was divine, setting the tone for a great meal. The pulled pork nachos were also incredible, loaded with flavor in every bite.For our main courses, I chose the pulled pork sandwich, while my husband went for the German bratwurst plate. Every dish we tried was amazing and delivered with great attention to quality. Even though it was busy for a Friday night, we found a place to sit right away. The atmosphere was lively without feeling overwhelming, and the servers were attentive despite the crowd.Prices were reasonable, and we left feeling satisfied and happy to have supported a veteran-owned business--something especially meaningful to us as my husband is a veteran himself. If you're looking for a fun, flavorful, and unique spot for a night out, Longtab Brewing is perfect. We'll definitely be back!

Welcome to a cool, relaxing brewery with great ambiance honoring our military. Sit back in a comfy sofa and enjoy the unique beer offerings. Very much on the Belgian side, with dark and delicious brews. While the beer is outstanding, the food stands on its own. It's rare to find a brewery that serves such delicious food. So,, get over to Longtab Brewing this October during Oktoberfest and through Christmas when they break out their fall beers! Cheers
