Carla and Doug catered our Fiesta themed wedding on 04/01/2023. We had street taco and quesadilla stations, corn in a cup, chips and queso and a churro bar! Everyone raved about the food and their service was beyond amazing. If you are looking to hire a caterer that will just handle all the details for you, you have come to right place. I didn't have to worry a bit about anything and was able to just enjoy the evening. Thank you so much Carla and Doug!

Longhorn Catering has done several events for us this year. Fiesta Fajitas were unbelievable... They catered a Traditional Holiday dinner for our company tonight and it was exceptional. Turkey, Ham, Potatoes, old family gravy recipe with rolls and more. Pies were to die for...Their service is impeccable and they are really affordable. Longhorn catering is a family Owen Bussines there food was excellent mr Chapa's brisket was incredible melted in your mouth and the flavor was out of this world they had served brisket,sausage,chicken and the trimmings for a small venue I was having for my Bussines of 85 people all there staff was very professional all the food was excellent it had a homemade taste to it you can tell they put there heart and soul in making there food I will always recommend longhorn catering to my friends and family I recommend them to all of San Antonio

Excellent food, great service! We used Longhorn Catering for our church's Women's Conference and all the ladies loved the roasted chicken. I highly recommend them! Will definitely use them in the future.

I contacted Doug and Carla about catering the visitation for the family of San Antonio Firefighter, Greg Garza only a few business days before and they were kind enough to do so. I know.... typically these types of things aren't catered but I knew that the family, our SAFD Honor Guard, and our SAFD Family Assistance Committee would have an extremely long and emotional day. I wanted to make sure that they had delicious hot meal and sweet treats available to them. All I told Doug and Carla was that I wanted to have pastries and coffee set up for them when they arrived and a dinner of tamales, rice, beans, and tea during their break between the visitation and prayer vigil. They handled everything else. They spoke to the funeral director, checked out the space they'd set up prior to the day of the visitation, and got the details on where to bring everything in, etc. Everyone was so appreciative and raved about how delicious everything was. And there was PLENTY of food! (You won't have to worry about skimpy portions with them! They will make sure everyone will leave with a full belly!) Thank you so much for taking care of this fallen brother's family, and our fire family! You will not go wrong if you just go with Longhorn Catering!

What can I say about their food other than Amazing! They catered a friend of mines wedding and the food what sooo good. Meatloaf with mash potatoes, green beans, salad, or bacon wrapped chicken bites with side of butter sauce that was delicious. Their set up was very professional and organized ( servers in uniform ) and the linens were clean which always makes caters stand out. I will definitely be using them for my wedding and would recommend them to anyone looking for south texas food parties.

I will highly recommend Longhorn Catering to anyone looking for a high-quality and hospitable catering company. LC catered my father's funeral reception. I saw several glowing reviews and contacted Doug immediately. I ordered pigs in a blanket, veggie platters, a couple types of quesadillas and brisket and pulled pork sliders. The quality of the food was excellent and the guests raved about it! Doug was excellent in working with me on my budget (and even threw in some street tacos!) and there was plenty of food for the 250-300 person crowd! Doug worked directly with the funeral coordinator so I could concentrate on family. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. Doug even managed to locate some toothpicks for me! Again, I highly recommend LC. Thank you to Doug for the wonderful experience!
