My buddies and I enjoy coming here and sitting at the bar. The bartenders are always fun to talk to and keep our beers full. Last night we were sitting at the bar and a manager came up to the bartenders and seemed to be yelling at them.... The whole demeanor changed after that and we could barely get a smile out of them. Poor management!!!!!!! This place has always seemed to struggle with management but treating your employees like S*** is never ok.....Hopefully these girls find a better place to work..do better Woodrow's.....I give 5 stars for the girls but 1 for management

I left this review on their website now here. To be the company that made me create a yelp account is an accomplishment in itself.This bar has seriously gone downhill, and it's entirely because of the management. The female managers are extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. They have no sense of how to de-escalate situations, the hostility and attitude is unacceptable.Recently, I was here with friends when one of them was tripped accidentally. Instead of showing concern or handling the situation respectfully, the manager immediately and baselessly accused my friend of being too intoxicated . When we tried to explain what actually happened, she refused to listen, cut us off, and became even more hostile. She gave us dirty looks the entire time and threatened to kick us out for absolutely no reason.It's sad because the servers here are amazing--they're friendly, hardworking, and really try to make the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the management is ruining all of their efforts. These managers don't know how to run a place, and it shows. Their attitude not only drives customers away but creates an overall hostile environment that no one wants to be part of. The kitchen is extremely slow and the drinks take 10+ minutes to get on a good day. The short little red head manager and Gabi are absolute bullies. It really was disgusting and left a bad taste in my mouth (as this isn't my first experience with them). I really hope they don't treat people this way and speak to them with such low regard. This used to be a great spot, but with the way management behaves, I can't recommend it anymore. If they don't make some major changes at the top, I don't see this place surviving long-term. I will be taking my parties elsewhere as this place no longer lives up to any expectations.

So i waited to post this review, for reasons that i was heated when we left. I have been here before for work friends parties. And it was good. So I was not worried about having my brothers and my birthday party here. My sister in law rented a karaoke room which upon entering was nice. Until I looked around, there is a large industrial air mover in the room to help it not be so stifling hot after you have been in there for a while. More than half of what we attempted to order was not in stock at the moment. The frozen drink machine was down. They didn't have cutlery to cut the birthday cake we brought(or so we thought). The karaoke machine signed itself out of its program. When they placed the food they did have available, it was in front of the giant fan so it was cooled down quickly. The AC wasn't working well enough to when we left the room we understood how little it was working. As we were leaving, the doorman asked for some of the cake. We obliged with the condition he finds a knife so it can be cut since they didn't have one available for us to use. HE was able to get a knife from the kitchen to be served a slice. Without the company of my family there I promise we would have left long before our two hour karaoke limit.

It's been a while since I've been to this location but we went on a Wednesday Happy Hour ALL DAY by the way. We were a little disappointed to see that the food menu changed but we were hungry and that didn't stop us from ordering. We dabbled in the lemon pepper wings and chicken quesadillas... and they were both SO good!! Their crowd was minimal so we were able to get drinks quickly and appreciated the $3 wells happy hour special for sure! Bartender was polite and the place was clean. It was my first time sitting at the actual bar and I must say.. those barstools are COMFORTABLE as heck! Haha can't speak for the night crowd as I'm more of a happy hour, drinks right after work and head home early kind of gal so I def recommend the 5-8pm crowd if you're looking to just relax and catch up with friends! The outside is huge, lots of seating, two big TV screens and some games to enjoy. FYI my chicken quesadillas picture is of two slices but it comes with 4 (got hungry before I snapped the photo).

First of all, I know this place has gone downhill in the last couple of years, but I will give this one note about it. I'm trans girlie and I get treated really good by the guys that work there and the ones who come as customers. They are really nice and the straight guys that come there are all really hot and super nice to me! Probably because most of the cis girls are such bitches there. Hehe. Now one night I was rushing to the bathroom and the girls bathroom was so packed. I just went into the boys and two guys followed me into a stall and basically f*cked my lights out. It was so awesome. I loved it! I WILL be returning here VERY soon. And I hope those guys will too.

If you come before 9 the service is a bit different. Most are getting ready for the surge later.So head to the bar because they will not be serving you much at the table.We ordered food and had a few drinks for a steal. Later we got to enjoy the fire pit.Its a huge venue with cool activities. They have turtle races and always have the games playing.

Place is going downhill...came up Sunday for football and was the first person to walk in at 11. Walked passes about 8 waitresses sitting on swings and grabbed a seat outside. Literally sat there for 15 mins untouched and un greeted. seriously how bad of service is the staff trying to be. Also resturant had NO silverware like at all. Not even plastic ware was an option. You do know your a resturant right!??Rest of my group came up later and the service never got better at all. We tip typically 25% places when we go out and it was hard to even tip at all this time. Woods, get it together. this place stinks.

After driving by Little Woodrow's so many times and always seeing it jam-packed, a friend and I decided to stop in on a dreary day when it wasn't as crowded. On first impression, the ambiance is so fun and colorful! This place would be great to visit with a group as they have patio games, fire pits and tons of space. My friend and I sat down at a table outside as I had my pup with me. I loved that they had turf down so that it was softer for him to lay on. They quickly came out to bring my pup a bowl of water with ice in it which I appreciated. Our server was very friendly and was training two additional servers, but the service itself wasn't very good. It was hard to be mad as we liked her, but it definitely wasn't service that left you wanting to come back. Unfortunately, every time our server went away to get something (ex. additional ranch, a drink, the appetizer) ... it took so long that we often wondered if she even was coming back and sometimes had to go in ourselves to ask someone else for something. Another thing that was a bit annoying is how many of the drink items they were out of (from the wine to the frozen cocktails... good luck getting it). We ended up ordering the following: - Fried Pickles: YUM! I was worried these would be spicy as they said they have a kick but instead.. they were just very flavorful and perfectly cooked. We did need more ranch for these though (p.s - extra ranch is an addt'l charge). - Classic Cheeseburger: Just OK. Not something I'd order again as I thought it was a bit dry and flavorless. This comes with fries which are very very skinny fries and also just OK. - Boneless Wings: I ordered Woody's BBQ but they gave us buffalo wings instead. As I don't like buffalo sauce.. these went uneaten. I mentioned this to my server and she was apologetic and admitted she wasn't really listening when we ordered. - Dos XX Beer: Served with the perfect amount of salt & limeOverall, the ambiance and friendliness of staff sell this place to where I'd still go back with a group but would stick with apps and try a pizza.

I give Little Woodrow's 5 stars for the vibes on game day-- specifically UT game day. But 3 stars for the food. The pizza is really good, but the chicken wings and chicken sandwich are bad, the chicken is toooo chewy. The beer is great and the frozen mango marg was sooo good as well! The service is great and it has good outdoor and indoor seating. The patio is nice if you want to bring your dog as well :)

I come here quite often and you'd be surprised the things you'd hear here. Came during the week not too long ago and I couldn't help but notice the manager running the server in circles to get the place cleaned up before "Kevin" or whoever he is came in. Not sure how important he is or why she was so frantically running around, but she took her frustrations out on the girls due to HER poor lack of planning in advance. I've read the other reviews and I will say that they're right, the red head girl IS an absolute B***H. I went out of my way to catch her name which is, Charlene. And if you're reading this... I hope you learn and realize that people pay attention to these things and people hear what you say whether you think so or not, ESPECIALLY in an empty bar. I don't understand how she has the position she has and I don't want to support a business that treats their employees the way I have seen repeatedly here. I don't know why it took me so long to come to this realization. Not only that, but I walked into one of the girls drinking on the job! Utterly shocked!! Won't be returning to this location anymore.
