Little Taco Factory Mexican Restaurant

08 Mar 2024Well, today our second visit wasn't as great. I ordered huevos rancheros with bacon. The sauce didn't have much flavor. The tortillas grew hard upon cooling. Disappointed. The same with the husband. He had a couple of carne guisada and a picadillo taco. He commented that the tortillas weren't all that. Oh well.

Hole in the wall tacos! It's little alright! This is an inexpensive place to go for breakfast or lunch. I don't think that they're open for dinner. The way to do this restaurant is to go for the weekday lunch specials. No specials on the weekend, I believe. The serving sizes are large, and comes with a tea! The tortillas seem to be made fresh here, but the best thing in the menu here is the enchiladas. They're corn tortillas, smothered in Tex-mex gravy and filled with chicken or cheese, or picadillo, depending on the day of the week's special. There isn't a lot to this place. It's not some TexMex place you come to sip margaritas all day. It's a small restaurant that gets you in and outta there quickly. They seem to be catering to the working hours lunch rush in and around here. Parking is easy- there's a big lot out front, and I've never seen the fruit stand next door open, so I think it's safe to park there.

Home made tortillas, wonderful staff. LOVELY FOOD. Must try. Average prices nothing too crazy. Green sauce it perfectly spicy and tomatillo based not avocado ! Attentive staff, they are more than happy to assist and refill your drink when you leave. Love them.

I stopped in to pick up tacos for my work team. After paying I decided to also get a tea for myself Togo but they would not allow any credit card transactions below $5 which was a bit annoying. The tacos were great though!

It just had the scent of a good taco spot! Very welcoming. I ordered the Chicharrone taco and it was so good. Not spicy at all which I loved! It had such a good flavor. I wanted menudo but it wasn't ready. Def will return!

Have eaten here several times over the past 20 years or so. usually lunchtime almost always I get the lunch special, can't wrong with that. a real hole in the wall very San antonio very taco centric and excellent all the way across-the-board. if you're in the area I would suggest. it is reasonably priced it's NOT a place where you go and relax and enjoy the ambience but that's fine. Plenty of places like that. This place is unique enjoy and while you can. The area is changing very quickly. There aren't like this..

I ordered 2 breakfast tacos, they cost $5 ish and they were a delicious breakfast. I called in and picked them up before heading to work, and I'll be getting more if I'm working in the area again. The lady was really nice when she took my order! And the corn tortillas were very fresh! Ambiance: The place looked hole-in-the-wall vibes and it's a little small but it was cozy.

Authentic tacos. Great for lunch. Friendly staff and quick service! If you're ever in the area definitely stop by!

We went for breakfast. The carne guisada was excellent and the menudo just right, We tried the enchiladas and were impressed. Service was fast as your order at the counter before you sit down.

A nice, simple, taco house. Very clean. Very courteous staff. I dined in, a seat was readily available and clean. The food came out quick, hot and tasty. Breakfast migas was very good. I will have to come back for lunch sometime.
