Lindo Jalisco Grill

Lindo Jalisco Grill has seem to be around for a while in the Medical Center area. They used to be open for breakfast and I would often go there to purchase their breakfast tacos, which are awesome, homemade flour tortillas and all. I passed by recently and noticed they are now open for dinner. To my surprise they expanded their restaurant and now have a full bar. It was happy hour so I ordered a flight of their frozen margaritas and the enchilada plate. The food was absolutely delicious TexMex style cuisine and right up there with all the rest. Much like any good Mexican restaurant in San Antonio, the service is friendly and prompt. When I am in the Medical Center area, Lindo Jalisco is where I am going especially during happy hour! Everything about this place is amazing the food has always been great! They remodeled and expanded the inside it's such a vibe. They service is as good as it's always been since we started coming in 2019. The corn tortillas are fresh and yummy! My go to plate is is barbacoa!

Very nice ambiance and service. Food was just ok, unfortunately. Both plates had over salted rice and beans. Beans tasted like not fresh made, but from cans maybe. I decided to go in because of all good reviews. But honestly food not worth stopping.

We were on the hunt for a new spot and drove by Lindo. Looked up the place on Yelp and the reviews basically told me I had to try this spot. Quaint, cutely decorated. I'd say it's IG worthy if that's something you enjoy with your meal. The service is speedy which is great. To start the salsa is okay. Not really my style but not bad. They serve queso with chips as well just needed some salt. We decided to try the Crispy Taco plate. It comes with (3) tacos, rice and your choice of refried beans or charros. We opted for the charro beans, which turned out to be really good. Love the beans, the rice was yummy too. The picadillo was different but still yummy. It does need to be dressed up so make sure to throw the lettuce and cheese on, slap some salsa verde on there and drizzle some charro bean juice. And squeeze some lime. The tacos are heavy either, I was able to eat the whole plate. If we come again I'll probably try something else, maybe try their enchiladas or the breakfast tacos, that's what most people like in the reviews. But I definitely get the charro beans.

there were 3 of us and we each had 2 breakfast tacos each......different varieties. All were excellent, service was excellent, and the salsas were yummy. She kept checking on us frequently to ensure we were happy..Loved it!!!

Came to Lindo Jalisco specifically to try their Tortilla Soup that has been widely recommended by my coworkers. The overall experience was good. I would say 3.5 out of 5. The soup was good but I feel like something was missing that would bring out the flavors more. Great portion size though and I will definitely come back to try some of the other items in their menu.

The food is amazing. I had the steak and enchilada and also a guisada taco. They were all amazing. I don't normally eat enchiladas but it makes a good indication of quality. And it was delicious The atmosphere is wonderful. The service was on point. Wonderful place

The food was good. Not anything I would write home about, but solid Tex Mex. The drinks, however, were awesome. I got the Rosa Paloma. Very refreshing and a great spin on Palomas. My wife got a margarita flight. Going back for just that as they were all hand made and didn't taste like syrup was added to a generic margarita. Our waitress was really nice and on top of it. I'm wondering if this place is new ish because there were not a lot of people there. Ambiance is also pretty hip so I'm assuming the place is new.

This is a Hidden Gem at Medical Center area! Phenomenal service, great food, great happy hour, great margaritas, homemade tortillas including corn, Caldo is scrumptious, Piccadillo is DELICH, you won't leave hungry...large portions...THE MENUDO (OMG:-) this place is EXTREMELY CLEAN (take it from this germaphobe) open till 10 pm, plenty of TV's...a very pleasant restaurant with a quaint little bar they recently added! P.S. they will custom make your taco like this Asada; nopalito ala mexicana on a homemade toasty tortilla! WOW

Don't let the 4.5 stars fool you. This place is not that great. Won't eat here again. I ordered Chile relleno, it was sopping in grease. I did enjoy the mason jar waters and the guac, but the salsa and chips did not taste good. My friend ordered a plate with a chimichanga and what he got was a flat folded piece of corn tortilla. The service was good, ambiance good, but the food is not 4.5 star worthy.
