Im sad this will be my last time coming here til I manage to come back. It's been a family favorite for decades. They have the best pho I've ever had. The staff is amazing and they remember every little detail about repeat customers. It's like eating from grandma's kitchen. It's not fancy or anything. It's just delicious. I got fried rice in addition to my usual pho. Not sure why the camera isn't working today

I'm a review girly, i am disappointed that i read over 20 reviews before coming here just to find out none of y'all have good taste. i'm from the west coast, i've had some exceptional pho and i know everyone can't make it. this is one of those places that can't make it.if you're used to a flavorful broth, tender thinly sliced meat this ain't the place for you. first red flag was when i went to order the #2 pho, they ONLY do cooked meat. i should've got up right there bcs it just got worse. the meat isn't thinly sliced so you can't tear it apart, it's also super dry. imagine, chewing and chewing and chewing and the meat still intact. its super tough. which is why i prefer the raw thinly sliced beef. 0/10broth had a decent flavor, 5/10no chilli oil, 0/10 no limes but they did have lemons, 2/10other then that, clean and quiet. the waitresses were nice, i didn't use the restroom but my partner did and she says it was clean.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the San Antonio area! Being from Houston, surrounded by so many amazing restaurants I struggled in SA tryna find the right pho and boy lemme tell you LIEN HUNG IS THAT HEAT. Mmm mm mmm too good, comes with all the fixings, including the basil. Some places don't add that and the flavor is never complete for me. Their fried spring rolls are just immaculate, so crispy and light. I'm addicted to them, it's a must order. I'll be honest and say I'd never come across a spring roll fried this way until Lien Hung so that's the one thing I can say I'll probably always look for in Houston now too lol. Try them out!!!

This is definitely a whole in the wall, duvet kind of Thai restaurant that is off the beaten path. But the food is legit and affordable. Staff is friendly and will help with menu and explaining items if necessary. Food came out pretty fast; which is great when you're hungry. Sesame chicken was flavorful but a bit tough. Jaw muscles got a workout chewing this overcooked pieces of chicken. Their pho is legit. Some of the best I've had around town. Drawback is that they don't offer refills on drinks (cans) and they only accept cash.

Great Place.. some of the best Pho in town. Can't find a Seafood Pho like they make here, anywhere else in town. Only negative wsa No Credit Cards taken..

Average pho place for San Antonio area, probably not the best option for pho. But if you live nearby or happens to do grocery shopping nearby and craving for pho then this place may be able to fill that craving. If you have time, there are probably better options out there.

Been going here for years. I love this food so much!!!The waiters are always extremely courteous and sweet. The Pho is delicious, the sesame chicken is delicious, I don't think I've ever had a single bad meal here. Its also always clean and tidy.

Their pho is tasty. A go to and will continue to order from them. Recently door dashed and their customer service was amazing and sweet. Good food, service and ambiance so had to write a review. I appreciate genuine customer service.

Lien Hung Restaurant is a true hidden gem in San Antonio. This mom-and-pop shop serves the best pho in town. The broth is rich, the meats are tender, and the noodles are perfect. For authentic Vietnamese flavor, Lien Hung is unbeatable. Best in SATX!
