Lew's Patio & Grill

The food/drinks and obviously scenery is not bad but the service has never been more than sub par every time we go. Lew's is kind of one of the only nice restaurants with a view in the floresville area so we go to celebrate accomplishments usually because it's "nicer". However, the service has never been any good and that's enough to drive us away from visiting. My family and I have lived in floresville for 10 years now and Lew's has always been known for their bad service, bad management etc. I really wish that we had better experiences here because I'd love to use the place for date nights but a rude server/bartender that doesn't want to be there is not very inviting.

We went to Lew's because we had an evening alone and it was a beautiful day to sit outside. The ambiance was awesome with the cool evening air and the beautiful view. But the food! We both had the surf and turf. A steak and three coconut shrimp were on the menu. The coconut shrimp were giant and the dipping sauce really good. The steak was cooked to perfection. The baked potato and veggies were also cooked perfectly. My son says that i am a Karen and I never like the food because i always think i can make it better, but i loved tonight's dinner. It was great.

Could be great! Location/ambiance is wonderful but the food and service is ALWAYS lacking. We have never been satisfied with even a portion of our meal. And the service...just hardly exists.

Decent food, pretty pricey. The servers all seem to be fairly young and not super interested in being helpful. The business is probably looking to keep costs low rather than have helpful and experienced servers. The area is nice but the design is rather boring. They are right on a golf course and small body of water, they could do all sorts of things to make it more inviting and fun. This is probably one of the only "fancy" spots in Floresville area but if you've lived anywhere other than Floresville, expect mediocrity.The food itself is not bad but nothing to write home about. Their salads are good though.

Don't understand why there's bad reviews. Hubby and I have been there at least 4x and we loved it. It's clean, rarely any whinny kids around, adult atmosphere vibe, food is freshly made, and the bar is nice. We'll keep going there.

We went here with our coworkers for lunch. I ordered the burger. It was very juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend this place, which resides on a golf course.

Depending the day & server sometimes everything comes quick, sometimes slower than other days. But definitely one of my favorite places to go and enjoy the view

We went just for beverages and light fare. Service was average, but pleasant. Food was very good - I thoroughly enjoyed the steamed asparagus and grilled shrimp. Everyone with me liked their food, too. The only odd thing was when asked what the Thursday Special was, we were told "it's not really a special;" the description made no sense and we never knew what the price was until later. All in all it was a decent experience after a round of golf. We'll go again sometime.
