Las Palapas

Came in from the drive-thru for a little late night bean & cheese taco and some chips & queso. Quick and easy! Delicious as always.

Went last week 7/20/24. I ordered a potato&egg, country sausage&egg and a bean& cheese. The country and egg had a HUGE piece of egg shell which absolutely grosses me out and makes me throw up. I called to let them know and they offered to replace my meal. I went this morning 7/29 for my replacement and now the POTATO AND EGG has shell I appreciate that they use real eggs but how hard is it to crack and egg and make sure there isn't any egg shell. I always knew I never liked Las Palapas but they're the only "quick drive thru" in the area but sadly and now it's confirmed that I will never go back. Service is friendly otherwise.

I stop by here all the time. I can't review more than the tacos, because that's all I get. But, the tacos are really good! Especially the norteno with beef. And they have breakfast tacos all day. The tortillas are hot and fresh, too. They can be a little slow, though.

We went to Las Palapas on TPC.It is normally the best of all the chain. Unfortunately, there were some problems with our food but the Manager name Matthew was very understanding, professional, and personal we appreciated his attention and we feel he will be a great asset to the company. Because of Matthew we will certainly go back to this location!!!

As this place is right down the street from me so naturally I visit a lot! It never ceases to amaze me how delicious their breakfast tacos are! I am never disappointed! I truly believe they have one of the best in town! They recently remodeled their restaurant and it's very specious and accommodating for customers.

I stopped by this morning for a couple of breakfast tacos. I always order inside at the Counter instead waiting at the drive thru. This morning I was actually acknowledged not too long after entering the restaurant by Angelica. She gave me a warm greeting before taking my order. Wow, what a difference! On previous visits I've waited and been ignored by passing wat staff, and when someone did come to take my order, I never was greeted. I always felt like I was a bother. Kudos to Angelica. Mgmt should use her as an example of good customer service. The breakfast tacos were also very good this morning!

We there a lot ; at Babcock Rd the food is Horrible they gave use cold food chezze nasty. It was so bad I'll never go back they don't care need to fire the cook and Manager ever think was.nasty. NEVER SEND FOOD BACK ..NEVER GO BACK .

Food is okay. Service is too slow!. Especially on Monday and Wednesday because of their specials, which to get you now have to be a rewards member. Guess they got on the band wagon on doing rewards to get specials and get more business. Though they seem busy when open.

Service at the drive thru is hot or cold. Today the guy just basically threw my order at me and wouldn't give me my receipt. When I asked him for it, he got upset and ignored me while handing me the part of the receipt I didn't need and closed the window on me while ignoring me. I may not be going back there.

Our group showed up in Las palapas this Saturday April 27th at 11:00 to the Las palapas on Blanco Road. Walked up and it looked like they restaurant was shut down. Turned out they were open but they just had two tables to sit people. They didn't want you to sit in the other tables. Looks like they were ready to go at 11:00 when closing was 12:00 midnight. We asked if they had menudo. The manager on duty said oh no we're out. Which I find hard to believe cuz they freeze that stuff. Then he proceeded to tell us that the location on West avenue has menudo. And being from the area I kind of figured they were closed cuz they close early. But he insisted they were open and they had menudo. In other words he was just trying to get rid of us and send us to somewhere else which turned out to be closed.Now I've always bought food to go from Las palapas. But after being treated that way by the manager of this location I will never go there again.
