Las Palapas

Lots of great choices always hard to decide on what to get. Top favorite is the chips n queso, nachos, and tortilla soup. Absolutely the best not greasy has great flavor and always hot! Food is always fresh staff always friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant.

Love love this place! It's a must go if you are ever in San Antonio! Got to get the Mucho Burrito with Beef fajita!

I came to this Las Pallas drive thru location on my way to work. There were a few cars in front of me and in all I spent about 20 minutes waiting for my taco. When I pulled up to order someone did greet me fairly quickly and took my order. I had a potato, egg, bacon, and bean taco with a drink. After waiting, my turn finally came and I was greeted by the person working the window who was friendly and engaging. She handed me my food and I went on my way. The taco itself was ok. While it was loaded with food, the tortilla left a lot of disappointment. This has always been my 1 complaint at this location. If the tortillas were better they'd be a much better restaurant.

Walked in on a non busy Sunday afternoon with my wife and kid , was told by the lady at the front , "won't post any names " that I could wait , there was plenty of open tables and the waiters and staff didn't seem to care or have a sense of urgency to attend to my family or others .very disappointed I left . And will never be returning to this restaurant. It seems they understand there's other Mexican restaurants that will be better . This Las palapas lacks integrity and customer service basics . Like greeting people when they walk in .

Great place for chicken caldo and enchiladas with my spouse and daughters enjoying their mom's birthday! Lydia our server was absolutely outstanding making sure our experience was magnificent and enjoyable! Big shoutout to Lydia for her excellent service.

The food was amazing and waiter was so good. He didn't miss a beat he was checking on us the whole time. Great experience and SANTIAGO is the BEST!!

Went this afternoon around 1:30pm order tacos placed a second order of carne gusida tacos n they gave me at least 3 pieces of meat in each taco only sauce on tortilla completely crazy sucked so bad n for the price of 11. Something is crazy

I'm not sure, but it took over 50 minutes in the drive thru. There were about 3 cars ahead of me, but almost an hour wait was just a little too long.

Went through drive thru and they forgot one of my tacos and I asked for light ice on my tea and I got a cup filled with ice ... when I took out the ice there was 30% left of tea. And then when I called (which I never do to complain) the manager said they would replace my order that day or the next. I called the next for my replacement and they said it doesn't matter because I still got my order and that I should've come in right then and they wouldn't be replacing anything

really bad customer service had me waiting 30 mins for my food and it was cold so i called back to speak to some one about my food and no one wanted to help this is ridiculous
