Took a risk, did not pay off. A group of us came into this restaurant that did not very look very promising from the outside. But hey, judge not a book by its cover. Unfortunately The tattered worn down exterior reflected equally in the food. I had the fried fish and shrimp which was absolutely no good, from the overly oil on the fish to the absolute lack of seasoning on everything. Fish was obviously not fresh breading was either soggy or burnt. The rice was bland the veggies bland and forgettable. I also tried the mixed ceviche, which was slightly better but not great whatsoever, had to be doused in hot sauce to be able to somewhat enjoy it. Which for a Mexican seafood place your ceviche has to be your star, yet without a doubt this needs to be improved with fresher and better seafood. Service was good. Maybe the reason this was awarded the second star, on the weekends it seems they do karaoke so might be a fun place to get drunk and sing, and maybe just maybe the food might taste better? On a small note since we were a big group we were charged tip on the bill. No biggie, the problem was that it was not reflected on the bill. A couple of us paid before I asked if tip was included and then they said yes. So not a huge deal some paid extra tip just that the cashier was not upfront about it. Not cool.

So here I go, time has not been kind to this place. I'm very sentimental about this restaurant. I was the first person to review it on Yelp in 2016, I've brought family here from out of state, and even after moving in 2018 I'd make it a point to visit wherever in town. Well, I've moved back to the area, actually 45 minutes away, and where do I want to eat, of course here. It was so sad. The place is GROSS now. Like dead roach in the entryway, greasy dirty grimy tables, chipped plates, stinky smell kicking you in the face gross. The wait staff were all sitting in the dining room eating Raising Canes and socializing. Periodically, they'd get up to perform their duties. The food was ok but not near as good as I remember. Bland and because everything was so dirty, I was almost scared to eat it as their B health inspectors rating was posted "proudly" and prominently behind the register. I was so excited to come back and share my old favorite restaurant with my daughter who was born after we lived here last. Sadly, we probably won't be back and I'm sure/ hope this place isn't long for this world. Sad.

I had a fish tacos, it was just alright no particular special taste. I had to find another waitress because mine was gone and never came back. My cocktail the sex on the beach was just ok.

Had a great lunch at this spot! As SOON as you sit you're greeted with warm tostadas and a small ceviche. The decor could've been better, the outside makes it look like a shack. But the food was amazing! My mom and gf got the whole fish, and it was well seasoned. And them dipping sauces I used the Nayarit sauce on my ceviche just the right amount of spice! (I'm not big on spicy) but food was amazing servers checked on us constantly and were always there when we needed them. Drinks were flowing too, quick and strong Will definitely be back

horrible service waitress dissappear. she kept forgetting our stuff. had to flag someone else down for a drink. at the end I saw that she put almost 30 dollars tip.how about no! u tip for good service not horrible. then the other waitress was extremely rude and wanted to call the cops on us for not wanting to tip. wth.. lol. too funny.. I told her go ahead. well wait! the other waiter was calling the owner to be nice and she was Rude to him also. it was a big scene. never goin there again. then I had a problem with my food. it was a small shrimp cocktail but come on!! 4 little shrimps n a little octopus? for 12$ couldn't complain cus never found my waitress so I ate it. just plain n simple. I tip a waitress if she's attentive checks on us. doesnt forget stuff n doesn't have an attitude. ..

Great place. My office and I had lunch there today. Really delicious. Clean and friendly. Good music playing. I had the Pina Rellena and it was the best one I ever had. I especially enjoyed the chunks of pineapple mixed with the cheese and seafood mix. Iced tea was tasty. My office mates had a bucket of beer. The steak and lobster tail looked really good. I should add that our server was very friendly, attentive and easy on the eyes.Highly recommend

La comida deliciosa, el ambiente excelente , todo muy bien menos el servicio. Nuestro mesero Adolfo era pésimo, tuvimos que estar preguntando para que por fin llegara a atendernos después de estar esperando más de 30 minutos cada vez por el. Y si no fuera poco, también se dio mas de 45 dólares de propina.

never going back3 appetizers 3 drinks 2 kids plates 1 margarita $150. Now seeing the menu online we definitely got ripped off. empanadas are stated at $13 fot big order and we were charged $16plus my daughters pasta had gant in it and th waitress just said "nomas es un mosquito" and told us she had to smash a few others during her shift. And at least turn in the A/c this location is horrible
