Laika Cheesecakes & Espresso

Ok first when you walk into this place, it's sooo cute! I love the vibe and just the seating, colors and wall decor of this place is modern and bright. There were so many different cheesecakes to choose from and the worker at the counter was really helpful with describing them. I ended up getting the space jam one which was basically like a blueberry cheesecake. My sister got the toffee turtle one which had caramel, chocolate, Oreo and toffee. We also got the dragonfruit strawberry matcha and the tres leches latte. Both cheesecakes were sooo yummy! Nice and creamy with a delicious topping. My space jam one was perfectly sweet and I ate the whole thing real quick haha. My matcha latte was good and I can really taste the dragonfruit in there! It was a unique combination of flavors. The prices are kinda steep with $7 for a small jar of cheesecake but it was a tasty treat. This place is worth a visit especially with how cute it is inside plus the drinks they serve are good too!

The Strawberry Fields Forever was absolutely delicious! The strawberry flavor was rich and fresh, and the cheesecake itself was perfectly creamy. I couldn't get enough of it! The Cookies & Cream was also very tasty. The little kid in me always gets anything with cookies. This one was a little rich but I can't complain because that is exactly what I expect when I order anything with Oreos in it. Both were great but Strawberry Fields Forever left me wanting more. I also tried their Iced Lavender Latte. The lavender added a unique floral note that complemented the sweetness of the cheesecakes beautifully. Glad their coffee is just as good as their cheesecake. The staff at Laika were incredibly friendly and helpful in guiding me through their menu. I can't wait to come back.

Great selection of cheesecake slices and jars! The service was wonderful! The ambiance was posh and space-like! So very peaceful with WiFi and comfy egg chairs too!!

First off. It was amazing. Taste. Smell. Appearance. Secondly it was super cute and fun. I might be biased because I was with my friend and we had some great talking. A couple of groups came in as we were seated and talking. And they were treated amazingly from what I saw and heard. Quick service with our drinks and just overall a wonderful time. I wish I would have bought some merch.

Great go to for an after dinner dessert! Delicious shareable slices for dine in or take away. Perfectly sweet and not over-indulgent. Flavors are super creative, aromatic and every bite it just wonderful. Can purchase a pre-made ready to go cheesecake if you're looking for a last minute dessert item. Will definitely return to try their coffee!

The vibe of this place is so cute. I got a cheesecake in a jar and love that the jars are reusable. I use them for everything. I haven't had the coffee yet but i heard it's delicious so i will definitely have to come by and try it

Laika Cheesecake NB was a dreamy experience. I've been a fan online drooling on my phone screen at their delicious looking desserts for years...and thankfully getting to taste Laika's cheesecakes did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I have a tree nut allergy so they were very careful to make sure what I got was safe. I tried the tiramisu jar with a biscoff flavored latte and thoroughly enjoyed my treats! Superb. I visited again later the same day, bringing my family to try out many more flavors. I then got a slice of out of this world lemon blueberry cheesecake with the best meringue I've ever had. The meringue was so incredibly smooth, toasted perfectly, and just melted in your mouth. I'm definitely going to have to make it back again sometime soon. This was a great spot to sit, relax, and enjoy a good book as well.

Dessert wise, I enjoyed my cheesecake. I had the slice, but can definitely see why the tiny jars would be a good idea if the rest were as sweet as this one. The cream puff on top of mine was sweet enough to be its own dessert. Unfortunately, the espresso tasted burnt like the beans were over roasted so not a great latte. Inside was cute. Pops of color and fun, retro spinning egg chairs.

I'm not a cheese person and even I liked what they had. I got the key lime and the tres leches.
