La Taqueria De Monterrey

My go to order is tacos de carnitas and these were honestly pretty good. I'm giving it 4 stars because the meat isn't very consistent.. every time I come it's different lol like these were more of a charred meat and the last time it was so saucy that my tortillas were falling apart. They have good flavor though!!! They have 3-4 different salsas; all very spicy and delicious.

Delicious tortas and street tacos. The tortas are served with delicious fries. We gobbled up the food so quickly and didn't get a chance to take a picture So glad to have found a new favorite in San Antonio.

I had the most delicious torta here. I ordered the La Grosera torta and the mix of ingredients was amazing. The bread was fresh and pillowy. The avocado was fresh and not from a bag. My Mexican parents said this was the most authentic, delicious tortas outside of Monterrey. You also get an assortment of salsas and chips when you sit down. Try all the salsas they are delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have found a new favorite spot.

If you're looking for the best tortas in San Antonio, you've found it!! Not only are there 20 options of tortas available...the quality and quantity of these bad boys can't be surpassed. And don't turn your nose up at the fries. They are some of the best I've ever had and I am a fry aficionado.

Welcome to Torta Heaven! I had my 1st torta ever here and it set the bar very high! For those who don't know what a Torta is, think Mexican style Sandwich! All the awesome flavors of Mexican food stuffed into a large toasted bun. Oddly I'm not sure how I got this far in life without ever having one...This place is small but the Tortas are Huge! Super friendly & very polite staff. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

Tortas! My favorite thing to eat growing up in the border of Texas and Mexico. I have been trying to find a place that serves really good ones here in San Antonio for the past couple years. After intense googling I finally found this place. We placed an order to pick up and it didn't take long. We tried three different tortas, and they were all amazing. Campechana, chori queso, and el chavo. These were all phenomenal, so savory I actually overate for the first time in months. I was so impressed and truly happy to have found this place. I highly recommend La Torteria to anybody who enjoys Mexican food

Torta de barbacoa really nice hidden place with friendly staff . Stumbled across La Taqueria De Monterrey a couple months ago and have always returned since I highly recommend their tortas .
