Molcajete - Mexican soup loaded with seafood served steamy hot in a molcajete.
Tip #1: MOLCAJETES take time to prepare. Only order when you don't mind waiting for your food to be prepared.
Tip 2: Share! This is a lot of food.

Fresh fresh seafood served on crispy tostadas, with a cold beer equals heaven on earth. Be prepared to speak a little Spanish. The only downside is the giant TV, kinda dark inside. You could always sit outside on the covered patio. Really enjoyed our healthy delicious meal here.

Went there for breakfast today. We had a 50 minute wait because the waitress forgot about us. The food was good and with nice presentation. Ambiance was nothing to write home to.

Dear Tourists, if you're visiting our beautiful city and you want to try some real Mexican food, then venture to La Perla Del Pacifico. This is a Mexican style seafood restaurant with a touch of TexMex tossed in for good measure. I took my seafood loving administrative assistant there for AA day and it was a hit. This restaurant is not fancy, but the food is good and tasty and full of people speaking Spanish. The portions are from plentiful to so darn big you can't eat it all. There are several raw seafood options soups (aka: Calais), whole fried fish and so much more. Come in, study, order some food and get ready to nosh. Although this is NOT a high-end dining establishment, the prices are on the higher end, if you order one of the super-sized mojacate dishes. Go ahead--do it and just split the goods with some more of your dining companions.

Came here after my dads friend recommended this place. As soon as you walk in you get hit with the worst sewer smell. The service was awful. Mind you, we were one of 3 tables, it was not busy. Never once did the waitress come to refill. We were a table of 6 so tip was included. She knew she'd get her tip so why service us? Not cool. Food wise, not quite sure where these good reviews are coming from. It really was mid food. For the price? Never again. There are plenty of other tasteful seafood restaurants you should visit before you try this one.

I normally don't leave reviews but this place is trash. I feel bad for waitress because the manager never came to speak with us and instead left her to deal with our situation. Shrimp was raw on coconut shrimp and if you order the Camarones envueltos they have no oxaca cheese even though the menu says it does. Never again!

My honest opinion; The Carmarones mojo de ajo was great . The seafood paellela was alright . The rice was a bit mushy and bland. . Had a michealada with a Dos Equis in it . I'm sorry that I put the wasted the Dos Equis in it . But I'll give another try , because they have a huge menu I think they need another chance. Thanks

I went to try it out because it was advertised on tik tok , well it was a huge disappointment. No flavor we ordered the molcajete puerto vayarta no flavor they used bottle lime not fresh it was so disgusting . The molcajete had imitation crab and that's the first thing that I knew it wasn't going to be good. Also the other plate of ceviche I got locked so much flavor. If I could give this restaurant a ZERO I would. If y'all want a good delicious spot check out el marinero I tried it for first time and flavor was great 10/10 recommend and won't disappoint like this place
