They have the best fajitas & drinks!!My favorite plates are the fajitas flameadas & the rancheras! You can't go wrong with any of the classic Tex-mex plates and the Mexican seafood plates. Their caldo de mariscos is top notch! My favorite drink is the cantarito !

The food is delicious! It came out steaming hot. The Pina Colada was on point. They had a band there on Sunday. The atmosphere is relaxing. I will definitely be back!!!

This is a story about how a worker at La Perla pushed my elderly dad out of her way and how much their "non management" doesn't care. Even though he has been a loyal guest...Went to meet my family for food. My family was already there. I ordered, and started to eat some food from my mom's plate. When the waitress came back with my food, I picked up the dirty plate that was in front of me so that the waitress could put my plate down. Was trying to be polite and helpful. She walks off without taking the dirty plate from my hands. I'm holding the dirty plate while other waitresses walk by and no one takes the plate from me. So I set it on the next table. A bus girl comes to the table to tell me not to put plates on the other table, to "ask" if I need a plate picked up. She was very rude about it. I worked as a waitress for years and know that if someone is done with their food, you then pick up the dirty plate and take it. Especially if they are holding a dirty plate up AND have a fresh plate of food. My mother mentioned that she never got the refill on her coffee that she asked for. So I ask for a manager, a person wearing a La Perla shirt says he's not the manager but hears Me out. He says that he will make sure that they will be more attentive. At this point both waitresses have heard or have seen me talking to the man in the La Perla shirt. I'm getting mad looks at this point. Note that all of our dirty plates have accumulated on our table at this point. The bus girl walks by so I ask if she could take our plates. She walks back by again empty handed and still doesn't take our plates. 3rd time bus girl walks by, takes 2 plates that I handed to her. She never took the other dirty plates or came back for them. I see her again so I ask again. Her attitude towards my family was really bad. When we were all leaving bus girl pushed my elderly father out of her way. I go to let one of the other waitresses know, not our waitress but a different one, She says, "Thank You". Worst service that I have ever had in My life. Have never witnessed worst service either. They don't care that their workers physically abuse their elderly guests.I've notice that my Dad has dropped $20 tips on one of the waitress here before. Don't think that We had that waitress today. Either way the current waitress and non manager/possible owner could care less about their customers. That comes without saying.The food has not ever been good here. Only come because My dad likes it. I only order bean & cheese tacos or bean & cheese nachos. Their tortillas often taste stale and their beans are on the drier side. They will often serve you in styrofoam cups even if you're eating in. Their bathrooms are stinky. It's a trashy place over all. Don't eat here.

I haven't been inside yet but drive thru did not disappoint. Ever since the sign announcing it was coming I was excited. The original La Pearla further east on Military Dr. is a hidden gem but this location is closer to me. I ordered the carne asada plate. The streak was perfection. Easy to cut, tender and juicy. It was covered in nopalitos. Came with guacamole, pico and beans. My daughter was craving their bean and cheese tacos and she's not a huge fan of Mexican food. She asked to go to La Perla! I'm usually a die-hard Don Pedro's fan but La Perla is the shiny new kid in town and I really like it.

The food is good here and the drinks are spot on. The service is great and this is our new food and drink spot.

Customer service was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. I have no idea how this place has 5 stars. Every single waitress is on her phone not paying attention nor looking up. My waitress did not come to my table not once. Dirty chairs and tortilla chips all on the side of the window. Where is the owner to this place??? I guess people just come for the drinks.

The servers rush you to order the food then the food comes out cold the server actsLike they are closing how they rush the customers I will not let anyone I know to eat there the sign on the door says clean environment but it should say the customer service needs a lot improvement so they can make better tips

Really good Mexican food and service, the sea food there is pretty good too. Had really good horchata :)
