Easy five star review. The lady answered. The phone is extremely nice. Very nice lady. Food: the tacos here are very unique. The vapor style was my favorite. I really liked the chirrhron vaporTaco. It reminded me of these tacos that this old Mexican lady would bring to a high school. I haven't tried or taste of that style in a very long time. She must've been from Monterey because that's what they specialize in. Also the big tacos are really good as well. Everything was full of flavor and the salsa were amazing. Some of the best green sauce I've ever hadThe only thing I would suggest in the future, the lady or the man who takes the order, they should definitely repeat the order because there was a bit of confusion on my order. I ordered one set of vapor tacos and they somehow rung up or made two sets of vapor tacos. Also, I wanted three tacos with cheese on top and they gave me three big quesadillas. They should've mentioned that these were huge quesadillas and we're going to be more than enough for one person. If they would've repeated the order I would've known something was wrong and I would've ordered a lot less. No big deal but you gotta be strategic when you're repeating an order and let people know exactly what they're getting and what they're paying. I end up paying $35 and gave away three tacos to a homeless person because I was too full. Nonetheless, this place is still five star. The tacos were great. I'll come back soon.

Recommend: Maybe. Service: The service was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had my hands full and they offered to help me with my "plates." . They gave plenty of recommendations when asked and they came by several times to check on the guests. Ambiance: I went on a Friday night. There is very little parking, you may have to park on the street. There are 3 food trucks (that I saw). I ordered from La Feria Del Taco, I didn't get a chance to see what the other food trucks offered. There is an area to sit that is covered. It does have a warmer/heater for those cold nights. Seating is like a picnic bench and there is some music playing. Food: I ordered the mini tacos de asada and tacos de papa (potato) al vapor (steamed tacos). The asada mini tacos were ok as were the potato tacos. They were both edible but neither one really stood out. If you have a taco craving and you're close by, I'd say give them. You'll maybe find them a bit more flavorful than me.

Stoppped on a whim and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend is from Houston and and is looking for authentic Mexican food not SanAntonio Tex-Mex "tacos." This will be one of our regular rotation stops in the area for sure! Provecho!

Taco Fair! This place serves up Tacos al Vapor, which is not a typical Tex-Mex kinda thing. This is more of a Monterrey, Mexico style of cooking up tacos. The tacos are much smaller than the usual San Antonio breakfast taco, on corn tortillas, with a scoop of shredded beef. They're served up with a pickled cabbage slaw that was delicious and tart. The salsas were the hit of the meal- I got the red, which was deep dark red, smoky with chipotle, and super hot. The green was spicy and creamy- a tomatillo salsa. The service was pretty swift, and we got five tacos each for under $8. They sell Mexican bottled sodas and fruit drinks like Jarrito's, as well as bottled water. This place is actually a food truck in a former used car lot behind the convenience store on San Pedro and Basse. They have a shelter set up to keep you out of the sun and the bugs away- it's like a shelter you might put over your boat dock, with picnic tables. My dining companion commented that they should offer knives to cut up the tacos with.

This place needs more recognition for sure! The food is absolutely amazing, authentic Mexican food. I ordered the tacos suaves de chicharrón, and a gringa.Let me tell you I was not disappointed one bit, tacos were soft and tasty. They had plenty of meat and I loved the pickled cabbage and carrots it came with. Gringa was also to die for. Salsas are delicious as well, as a taco lover I am stoked to go back. 10/10 definitely recommend

Best salsas I've ever had. Really good street tacos and tortas. I've honestly never been in person, all through Uber eats, but the food is so good it's hit my weekly rotation. Healthy serving sizes for sure
