La Chula On The Square

La Chula on the Square is one of the best spots for birria tacos I've ever tried. I went with the birria tacos with consommé, and I was blown away by how flavorful they were. The staff were attentive, and we got our food quickly after ordering.Birria Tacos and Consommé - The meat was tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned. Dipping the tacos into the consommé elevated the experience even more--the broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right consistency to coat the tacos without being overly greasy. What really impressed me was how balanced the tacos were--not overly oily, which is a common issue with birria, but still indulgent and satisfying. The cheese was perfectly melted and generously portioned. We also tried both the corn and flour tortillas to see which we liked best, and I liked the smoothness and softness of the flour tortilla. If you're a fan of birria or just tacos in general, La Chula on the Square is a must-visit!
