This is located inside and off to the side of the Korean grocery store. It is counter style restaurant where you order and then you pick up your food when it is ready. You clear your own table when done. It reminds me of a food court but this is a sit down restaurant. There is not much moving space between tables. Service: very limited and you need to know what you want. Don't ask questions. It reminds me of the Episode of Seinfeld with the soup kitchen. While you won't get banned, they are not very helpful answering questions.Food: we ordered the mackerel and the spicy beef soup. The portions are very generous. I was able to share my soup. The rice was fresh. The banchan was better than most restaurants but the kimchi leans more on the sweeter side. The napa cabbage kimchi was a bit sour and getting soft and almost ready for soup. The bean sprouts were crunchy. I love fish patties. The mackerel was the highlight. It was cooked perfectly with crispy and soft flesh. The spicy beef soup had a good flavor but only had 2 strings of beef in the entire soup. All the other ingredients were good, but being a spicy beef soup, I would want more beef. Next time I come, I will try something else. Cleanliness: average. The staff do wipe tables between customers.Bathroom: below average and shared even though the door says Men it is for everyone.

I realized I was reviewing the market rather than the restaurant- in my opinion, this place has the best traditional Korean food in San Antonio. This time we got the Jajangmyeon, tofu soup, Galbi, egg rolls and the tangsuyuk- that tangsuyuk is like a drug- we ate it like it was running away. The soup base was so well developed-sooo good. Kimchi still needs help tho!

Reasonably priced for the portions they make. I really liked the hot stone pot bibimbap, it was actually crispy and the pot stayed warm. I'll come again and try other menu items.
