Kirby's Korner Restaurant

Kirby's has been around a long time and the quality has remained rock solid. I hadn't eaten here since the original owners retired, and am glad to see things have held up well.I had the chicken Cobb salad and can safely say it was the best salad I have ever eaten at any Seguin restaurant. The dressing was a sweet poppy seed that came without my asking for it--perfect. I'll be back more often.

Unfortunately, No Vegetarian burgers! Fries and Malts are great. They need a good veggie burger, not a plant based mush mash. A good plain veggie burger would be so great!

Super fast service. Clean, local fast food joint known for their burgers. The burger menu is insanely large.The boyfriend had a pimento cheeseburger that he raved about.My salad was fresh and popping with flavor.

The hubs and I heard Kirby's was a good burger place so we tried it. The hamburger, hotdog and fries were all good and the ppl who work there are nice too!

This is a good place for lunch. It has a diner feel to it as the menu has a variety of items ranging from big salads, burgers, chicken tenders, and fried shrimp. Today I ordered the chef's salad and I was impressed with how big and fresh it was. However on other occasions I've ordered the chicken tenders or a burger and they were alright. This is a very casual place. You order your food at one of the front registers. Then they give you a number that you take to whatever table you choose. The food is made fresh and brought out to you.

When the sign says "best burgers in Texas. Seriously" the must not have tried anyone else's burgers. Super friendly staff, everything about the place was great, except my burger. The beef was obviously fresh but not a bit of seasoning to it. Extremely bland. Was a let down after seeing how busy it was.

Delicious old fashioned burgers that are always hot and fresh. They have a large variety to choose from.

Can't get enough of Kirby's ! Had the avocado bacon burger and finished EVERY SINGLE BITE ! Plus their Cajun curly fries and a cookie ! My hubby had the chili cheese dog and LOVED it ! I got to taste the chili too and it is SO GOOD ! Definitely getting that AND a burger next time! OR getting their chili ON a burger ! Friendly window/ drive thru attendee ALWAYS ! Honestly have not eaten inside yet, but definitely going to make it a family spot ! Definitely recommend their great food !

I adore this place and it is so underrated. It has to be my new favorite in Seguin. I love the burgers, the funnel fries, everything. The music is fun and the service is always so friendly. I love the diner vibe it gives!

Great burgers, salads, and sweet potato fries! Family friendly atmosphere and prices are reasonable. They support the community as well.
