JK Chicago Hot Dogs

We stopped in here for a quick lunch break and it was perfect. It gives the typical city sandwich spot vibes. Definitely reminds me of Chicago Loop store fronts. We got The Chicago, The New York, and a Cheesesteak. Everything was visually delicious when it came out and did not disappoint in taste. The buns were steamed properly, the Vienna beef had a crisp bite and every condiment was super fresh and in perfect amounts. You can buy bags of chips and sodas separately as well. Even though I prefer my recipe for Italian Beef Sammie's, I'm definitely trying one from here next time we stop in.

Don't let the small space deter you from coming to JK Chicago Dogs. The foodis delicous. Bun is fresh & warm. Real Chicago Dogs in San Antonio!!! Great customer service. Brings your food to the table.

Tried their Chicago dog and the chili cheese dog. 2 for $10.Both were quite good. I really enjoyed the chili. Great flavor. It's small and in a strip center. No restrooms available - didn't ask if there were any near by. I recommend this place. Good dogs!!

Decent hot dogs. The chili dog was average but we allKnow that Chicago dogs very rarely come with chili. I loved the green relish and the owner who was very very nice. I want to go back and try the hot beef. Until then. Give it a try.

Daddy-Daughter dinner tonight was @jkchicagodogs. It's tucked away in the Country Village Plaza on 281. We had to hurry because they closed at 6:30pm.Dad and I shared the Chicago Hot Dog and the Classic Hot Dog. This is the third Chicago Hot Dog I've tried and this is the first with a slight kick to it. Carlo was real nice and told me that JK is for his daughters. Next time, I want to try the Italian Beef.

The Italian beef at this restaurant is delicious! I got mine slightly wet with the juice on the side. There was a big portion of meat and peppers well worth the $9.00 sandwich. I was the only one there so the service was prompt. I think I was served by the owner. There are about 10 tables so there's room to sit. However I got my sandwich to go.

This is a small family business. They have excellent customer service, even going so far as to call me when they needed to swap something out on a mobile order. Their pastries are amazing. The banana cake, Mexican cookies, everything I have had has been the best of that item I've had anywhere. They do custom desserts that look awesome.Their Italian beefs are legit and my husband and kids had no complaints about the hot dogs. The only think I haven't loved was the gyro.

Italian Beef Sandwich was bomb! Size matters. I only ordered this sandwich and was about $11.00. No chips no drink. I only want the good stuff. No Resrooms That's my only complaint. Where am I supposed to pee or poop? They do have a hand washing station. It's ok. Nice people and they treated me right. I thanked them for the great sandwich

Just recently discovered JK's and can't believe it's been so close all this time. Food is amazing and owner is very friendly. While the restaurant may be small it is absolutely perfect. We have gone every chance we get and recommend to everyone we can.

Best hot dogs, Italian beef sandwich, you name it. If it's on their menu - it's great!!
