Jersey Mike's Subs

Today we visited Jersey Mike's on Potranco Road. We wanted to make sure that every penny we spent went to Eva's heroes. When we entered we were greeted by the owners and staff. Everybody was very friendly. We ordered the usual the Italian sub, and the California sub. Everything was made to perfection. The sandwiches were huge and filling I want to stress to you how clean the store was, how friendly the staff was, and how delicious the food is always at Jersey Mike's.I had the pleasure of meeting one of the business owners, Misty what a great gal with a great personality, we live in Converse but we will definitely be driving across town just to see Misty and her staff and to get the best made Jersey Mike's sub in San Antonio. Thank you Misty for an excellent experience will be coming back.To the sweet lady with Eva' Hero's , thank you again for doing what you do we support you and your organization 100% .

Best service and with a smile! The guy in charge always has a smile on his face and is very personable! The food is fantastic and we won't forget anywhere else for a sub!

Fast, patient, friendly, delicious. Clean restaurant. Clean restrooms. Food looks amazing, tasted even better. I do remember the bread being different tho, the last time I visited a Jersey Mikes. Was still really really good.

Came here before a day over at six flags!Place was nice, clean, and everyone was friendly. Got our 4 sandwiches are then carried on. Not a super insightful review but it is what it is. If you've been to a JM before they're all fairly consistent. Good food, as always.

Well I love Jersey mikes sandwiches. But first I would like to talk about the crew that worked today (16Oct22 @ 3:30pm). I didn't get any of their names but they all were amazing. First the girl that was taking orders. I explained to her how I love mushrooms and would like extra mushrooms on my sandwich (56). She made sure she marked it. For me that is big. I have told many locations and they never do it. Then there was a young lady making the cold subs. She was just so friendly and polite. While she was making the subs she sparked conversation with me and other customers. It was great everyone was smiling. I was impressed how she still never stopped working while being so kind to everyone. Then when I got my sandwiches. The cook was bring them over and let me know she put in the extra mushrooms. And she had a wonder smile. WOW this crew was amazing. Ok the giant 56 was made to perfection. It had easy jalapeños and the extra mushrooms I requested. The flavor of the great like always. Also ordered a chicken bacon ranch. It was great. Both breads where very soft and tasty. And so happy about this new location.

I've ordered to go a few times. Tonight was the first time dining in. The staff is friendly & courteous. I decided to try the Buffalo chicken. It's made with Frank's hot sauce. Has blue cheese dressing in it I opted for ranch. The sandwich was delicious! The only thing I have to say I didn't like was the bread was saturated(wet) so made the bread soggy . The food is fresh & portions are generous!

On May 5th, at around 2 pm I ordered a portobello sandwich with American and added guacamole. No green peppers. WhenI opened the wrapped sandwich, , it was drowning in juices that I couldn't even pick it up with out it falling apart. I literally had to use a fork and knife to eat piece by piece at a time. I was extremely disappointed. I had to ask for a separate paper to transfer the remaining sandwich because the Pattie's was falling apart. A side note: As we entered the facility, one of the two young ladies turned around and made a comment to her co worker that gave indication it was us as the other young lady tried not to laugh. It was that same girl that made the comment that made my sandwich. I don't plan on returning there.

The food here absolutely suxs! The sandwiches all seem to taste the same and the chipotle sandwich taste like hamburger helper. $23 and a waste of time.

Hate to write 1 star reviews. Disgustingly disappointed on this online order. Ordered provolone and no mayo. No cheese AND EXTRA MAYO?! This is obviously done on purpose. I have tried numerous times to call and NO ANSWER. I demand a FULL REFUND. I have been here and have done online orders before and have been in store. This is so disgusting. Who orders Mayo with a side of sandwich? I Can not stress how disappointing it is to come on here to get a supervisor's attention. SMH
