I also wrote this exact same review on google! I had went yesterday around 7 pm about 2 hours before closing and I wasn't really sure if I wanted to write this review or not. There were 3 females and 1 male and everyone was extremely helpful except this one young lady. She's really light complected with glasses and light blue eyes. She does seem like she's new to the store because I've never seen her every time I go in and I go in at least 2-3 times a week. The girl was extremely disrespectful towards me and was very weird towards her coworkers. She seemed off and I have seen her at the Bandera store once and at that she was also weird there. Your employees have always been extremely helpful, welcoming, and understanding but she needs to be talked to immediately. You lost a costumer because of her and this store needs to do something about her because her coworkers look exactly like they hate her there with them. Other than that the food was decently made.

Jersey Mike does not disappoint! Boerne Stage Road location or Alamo Ranch location are both awesome and take good care of their customers. Sandwich's are amazing the Italian or the Chipotle Cheese Steak are my favorite. If you have not tried it you owe it to yourself to check it out!

Seems they replaced most or all of the staff. Sandwiches are made perfectly. I went twice in a span of 2 months just to make sure. Great service! Will be coming back more often now.

This location is a welcomed addition to the Alamo ranch area. They have a wonderful staff and as always delicious sandwiches. We have eaten here a few times since it's grand opening and have always been greeted immediately through the door and received excellent fast service. This location is clean and is taking the covid precautions.

Let me start by saying I live Jersey Mike's subs. This review is for online orders for the Alamo Ranch location. I order from this store 2-3 times a month, and for the past 3-4 months there have been issues with my orders 100% of the time. Usually missing items, but sometimes sandwich's not made correctly or mislabeled. All quality control. If you are picking up from this location I highly encourage you to check your order carefully.

Went back to this location to try it out again. NEVER AGAIN. the staff is only young children who are horse playing around and are extremely rude. While preparing my sandwich the girl poked her coworker on the butt WITH HER GLOVES ON THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BE MAKING MY SANDWICH WITH. To then I said that's gross can you change your gloves. After another coworker, who I assumed is the manager or lead during the shift took her to the back to talk to her. She came back, changed her gloves, and made my sandwich. I've been to this location twice and both times have been an unpleasant experience. I will not be returning back.
