Jays Cafeteria

I have eaten breakfast tacos here twice in the last two weeks at this cafeteria style location. Great taste, great portions, freshly made. Service was excellent and the dining room was clean. I like "hole in the wall" places and this is a good one. Just don't pay attention to the "holes" on the parking lot, drive carefully!!!

This place used to be really good for the longest time. But the prices have gotten out of hand. Be Prepared to pay 8 dollars for 2 tacos!! They charge a "To go" fee of 50 cents. They do NOT wear any gloves when handling your food and will touch your tacos with their bare hands with their painted nails and all. Health inspection score has fallen below 90. Sadly will not be returning.

Wow.. so I went this morning just trying to find something new from my everyday Mexican restaurant.. first I thought kinda pricey but then again I'm a bit of a tight wad lol! Anyways omg food was soooo good im willing to pay because food is worth it .. hmm think I may make this my all the time restaurant ‍ even at about 630am when I went in I was greeted with a warm friendly smile

They definitely serve the best carne giuesada tacos in town Plus thier homemade tortillas are great

Wonderful, affordable breakfast with lovely service. Very welcoming. Kind woman took our order and helped me through my very rusty Spanish to get everyone exactly what they wanted for breakfast. Order at the counter & then table service. When you are finished eating, pay at the register. Delicious tacos (huge variety, we tried ham& eggs, country gravy - with a smoked tasting sausage) & eggs ham & egg and chorizo & egg), barbacoa platter and huevos rancheros will keep the four of us full for hours. All was delicious. Especially the substantial tortillas served warm and as the tacos. Water, sweet tea in cups & a selection of other drinks in a cooler. Clean bathroom.

Love love love the carne guisada and cheese from here! Drive across town to get them! Started eating their special enchiladas with fried eggs. So delicious!
