Jaime's Mexican Restaurant

Visiting SA with my grandson and he needed a queso fix. Easy to find and good number of parking spots. Very cool decor with different scenes depicted on back of chairs. There was a bit of a communication gap where we ordered chicken Nuggets, fries and plain queso for the boy. OMG imagine his confusion when he was brought a pancake! We are still chuckling about it. The order was quickly corrected with apologies. No problem, things happen and that was a mighty fine looking pancake. Chips were hearty, salsa not too spicy and overall a good experience. Will return when in SA.

I put an order in at 1059 my order wasn't ready until 1135. It was just tacos. Lowest service ever. The order i received wasn't correct and completely sloppy. There was no point in me going back because it already took so long. This establishment has been going downhill since 2020. Avoid if possible.

This is my go to spot for Mexican food! Always great service and priced well. Wish they were open later.

Service was super quick and the staff is excellent. Lemonade tasted very fresh, but the food itself was just okay though, felt like it needed to be heated just a touch. The beans tasted kind of bland. The guisada was solid, enchiladas were also good. Would prob come back to try other foods

Love this spot. The food is delicious... everything from tacos, menudo, plates. Sweet tea is . Highly recommend this restaurant!

Good food; great service; food comes out quick GOOD TORTILLAS! The enchiladas are American which is not my fav but they're decent. Love the seating, very comfy.

Love Jaime's! Try the Green Chicken Enchiladas, they're delicious. Oh and the flour tortillas and chips with salsa!!! The chips were still warm and fresh. Service was great and everything was so clean. Highly recommended!

Over priced tacos and rude drive thru service. The lady was mad I only ordered two tacos and a tea then decided to up charge me for it I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The food was delicious. The salsa that came with the tortilla chips was absolutely fantastic, and the tortillas were so pleasantly soft. The service was incredible! And the ambiance was so calming and local. Everything about it was absolutely a chefs kiss! 9/10 would recommend!!

We went for breakfast. I had a tripas taco (crispy), which was very good. I also had a chorizo & egg taco, which had NO taste. My wife had huevos ranchero, which she said was okay. Also, the coffee was very weak.
