Izu sushi and poke

This is and will always be a go to place for my fiancé and I great spot with great food Always have the best service with smiling faces and the food comes out quick!I love that they made a location in Selma it's a lot bigger and the restaurant is beautiful

We ordered delivery from them so cannot comment on the ambiance of this location.Food was prepared and delivered relatively quickly.We got the create your own bowls and you have the 2 protein or 3 protein option. We went with the 2 which was more than enough. We got spicy salmon and tuna as well as some fresh salmon. The tuna tasted a little fishy but the salmon was great. You can pretty much choose any and all the veggies, mix-ins/toppings and crunch they have available. Avocado costs extra. Now the sauce choices made the bowl.My wife got their house spicy sauce and said it was . I got wasabi sauce which was . Overall delicious.

I was going through door dash trying to figure out something for just me to eat. I saw this place and gave it a try. I think the price is very comparable to what you're getting. What I ordered was basic but everything inside the roll was a good sized amount. Plenty of cream cheese, protein and avocado.

Let me start by saying that Izu Sushi and Poke is not a restaurant, but a ghost kitchen. I first learned about them via Uber Eats while searching for sushi options near me. For my first delivery order, I went for Samurai roll, Dragon roll, spicy tuna roll and philly roll. All the sushi rolls were good, but there was something missing. Maybe what I didn't like was the amount of sauce on top of them (it was a lot), or maybe it was something else....not sure. I do appreciate that they give out the good soy sauce with your order. Nothing bothers me more than restaurants giving out the soy sauce that doesn't taste like anything. Anyhow! Will definitely be giving them a second chance, and probably ordering something different. If the business reads this, please include more rolls with spicy tuna!

Not very good. The portions are just meh and the toppings and add-ons are barely chopped. Who wants a huge, thick slice of onion or cabbage? Not me. The rice wasn't very good, either. I won't be back.

This place is absolutely delicious! The fish is always super fresh! You can't beat the price for the quality of food. The service is always good and the staff is very nice. Food always comes out quality. They have lots of tables but we never feel like we are sitting on top of each other. Clean. Totally recommend this place

ordered off of doordash for a two meat poke bowl. location seemed to be in a warehouse district without any other businesses around. the restaurant is labeled as a food hall but the only seating available are the two picnic benches located outside. typically food is ordered at a kiosk (unsure what other restaurant options are available), and picked up at the window. food came out in a packed togo container. i had added a lot of toppings which was nice for the variety. definitely was disappointed in the amount of meat that came with the bowl- one spoonful of spicy mixed salmon and one spoonful of grilled eel. definitely recommend getting the imitation crab salad, wakame, and edamame at minimum for the bowl. haven't tried out any other poke location in san antonio, but all in all, it's a casual to go location with skimpy protein for an expensive price.

I've eaten here twice now and while the food is good and fresh the price tag is a little hefty for what I got. You order online or you can walk-in and order. Which is what I normally do. The first time I had the crest your own poke and accidentally ordered the burrito. It was actually a good mistake. The seaweed burrito was like a poke bowl in a seaweed wrap. The second time I order the create your own and ordered appropriately. The bowl comes out quick and the food is yummy. But $16.99 for a poke bowl is a bit much, in my opinion.

I haven't had a good poke bowl since moving to a small town last year. However, family was on work/vacation here in San Antonio and decided to order delivery for lunch from Izu. Oh my word... it was delicious! I ordered create two poke bowl with spicy salmon and tuna. There were so many toppings to choose from as well as sauces. The bowl was a generous size and everything was delicious. I can definitely order here again and not have the same thing because of all the choices. Everything was tasty!

This is a ghost kitchen, but great food, quick, good price, and fresh. I would go back
