Hometown Burger

So I was "influenced" by an instagramer to come check out this place and order the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. So I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich combo with Sweet Potato fries. And an order of friend mushrooms. In the drive-thru. The buffalo sandwich was not tossed in the buffalo sauce. Ugh!!! Why?!?! The sweet potato fries were so soggy that I had to come home and air fry them! The mushrooms were a good portion but there was something off about them. They seemed hand breaded but then the breading was so thick on some parts that I tried to remove some of the breading and it wouldn't come off. Not only was the food not the best but we waited 19 minutes for it in the drive thru!!! I get that they cook their food to order so I expected a small wait. But there was. I know in front of us and the order wasn't even correct!

We were looking for lunch and seen that this place just opened, so we decided to try it. Looks pretty nice inside and out, all new paint and lots of decor. We walked right up to the bar to order, had to wait a few minutes since there were only 2 ladies working. We ordered our food and sat down, a few minutes laters one of the ladies delivered our drinks, and a few minutes later the other lady brought our food.I got a bacon cheese burger, and i was shocked on how tiny the whole thing was... looked like a kids burger! My wife got a classic burger and it was much larger. Everything was cooked perfectly, the burgers, tater tots and chili cheese fries. My only complaints were the size of my burger and that none of the food had much flavor. Probably will not return...

First time trying hometown burger and I went thru the drive thru around 5:30pm on a Sunday. There was about 6-8 vehicles in front of me and the service was pretty slow. Part of the parking lot was blocked off with cones so you do have to enter through the entry located on Evers Road and exit the same when going through the drive thru. The wait was about 40 minutes but when I got my food.. everything was hot and fresh. I had ordered the Big Boy which includes double meat double cheese bacon burger and I must say I was pretty impressed! The meat was seasoned well and burger was juicy. The veggies (lettuce & tomatoes) were fresh. The burger did not come with onions but does include sliced pickles. French fries were seasoned crinkle fries. Tip: What is the difference between the regular and large combo? The regular combo French fries and burger is slightly smaller than the large combo fries and burger. If you don't mind the slow drive thru service I would recommend checking out their burger and giving it a try! I will certainly return for the big boy burger! :)

Here with the kiddo for the 1st time. Not bad. I had the classic bacon cheeseburger and added jalapeños. One thing to note is they put mayo on all burgers unless you ask them not to. Kudos to them for getting my burger right. The burger was excellent and the combo price is really reasonable. The patties are really thin like Freddy's or something. Next time I'll order a double meat burger for sure, but the burger was really tasty and satisfying. The fries were ehhh nah. The tots were really good though. The kiddo got a kids meal burger plain and dry add bacon. She wasn't a big fan of the burger, but that's probably because it had more flavor than she was ready for. Lol. She loved the milkshake. I'll be back for sure, it beats the McDonald's across the street easily. Certainly worth a shot. 4 stars because the fries. Get the tots instead.

Customers service sucked, wait time was horrible, chili cheese dog I ordered was the saddest entree I've ever seen at a restaurant, onion rings were grossly soft and batter was falling off like they were not cooked long enough. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, and by the time I got my order it was melted! This was my first and will definitely be my last time coming to this place! Very disappointing

Burger was ok..meat was pink. They used tomatoe ends, not my favorite. The fries were cold. Good thing I was going home so I threw them in air fryer to toast them up. You can tell the meat is charbroiled but they need to improve on everything else.

Waited over 40 minutes total in in drive through (lunch hour) after repeatedly asking for anyone through the intercom (waited at intercom a solid 10 minutes) Pulled up and after hearing the cook and other female employee complain and condescend about having a pull up order, I was told they could take my order but would have to go around and wait back in line behind an even longer line than what I was already waiting in. We wanted to give this place a second chance but honestly, don't open something you can't properly manage/staff. Rude staffNon helpfulSave yourself the headache

I went there today to go get a quick bite to eat it was a hotdog when I took a bite of it it was ice cold when I called him I want to just return it and get my refund he had a big attitude about it wouldn't give me his name I do not recommend eating here

Good food, but the SUCKIEST service EVER!! 7 employees in here and the wait time is ridiculously long. They don't know how to run a fast food restaurant.

Stopped by just to try it. First they mess up my order - took them forever to remake it. The girl that cooks there touches everything with her hands and no gloves ( which is pretty nasty ) . Not only is the place unsanitary - she was extremely rude ! Will never come here again. And they need to change the oil because you can tell they don't change the oil for a very long time ! I found all types of stuff in my chicken burger .
