Holy Smoke Barbecue & Taquitos

This Mexican smash burger was honestly the best burger I've ever had. The jalapeños, onions, juicy meat, avocado, ham, and sauce all worked perfectly together.It comes with chips which is a little disappointing. It could definitely be taken to the next level with fries. I tried the holy grail smash burger and I'd give it a 4/5. It was definitely good. It was not amazing though. It has Mac n cheese, beef, and bbq sauce.

Y'all. This place is soooo good. They have this brisket sandwich, with macaroni... and... Texas Twinkies. To die for Revised a year later. Quality of food has decreased and price has increased! I'm okay with paying extra for good food, but not extra for food that had diminished greatly in quality.

The food is so damn good!! But keep in mind that downtown is busy, parking is limited, so be prepared for some prep to get to the deliciousness! Definitely worth ordering and picking up if you don't wanna fight the flies, mosquitos, obnoxious tourists making snarky remarks about lines prices loud music everything they feel entitled to loud enough to hear cuz they don't know what personal space is in line etc...and as obnoxious as the crowd was this food is so good and this review isn't about them Karen's! However the food is so good once you sit and eat you forget all about the noise! Definitely worth the price and wait!

These lunch plates were the perfect choice on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to order quickly and found a shady bench to wait with a little frozen margarita. After about 20 mins, our food game out gooey hot and we were so stoked to eat. The tacos were the right balance of crunchy and chewyThe only downside to this downtown location is the parking. We were fortunate enough to get street parking right there but I wouldn't know where to look past that.

I was craving some smokey bbq and Holy Smoke hit the spot!! Did I mention they make their own corn tortillas?? Yea...I'm salivating too. I ordered one pork taco and one brisket - both with onions and cilantro. I also got a side of smoked Mac and cheese because the bench told me too. Definitely a filling and Smokey delicious meal. Right smack on the St. Mary's strip, I'm sure it'll be a hit after a night out of drinking. You can also order your food, go next door to the bar, order a drink, sit outside, and enjoy the night :)This place just opened about 2 weeks ago so be sure to check it out!Oh! Vegetarians! Don't feel left out! He makes a smoked jack fruit. Try it!

Where there's smoke, there's Hands down the best quesadilla you'll put in your mouth. The brisket will bless you like it's Sunday morning at church. Hit em up!

Honest Review: Don't waste your money here. I was on the fence about this place because of the negative reviews but I had to find out for myself. It started off bad, first they ran out of Turkey legs and cream corn. Luckily the weather was nice so sitting outside wasn't so bad. The second negative are the prices. They're charging restaurant prices for a food truck experience WTF.I asked for 1/2 lb of lean brisket and 1/2 lb of moist. They didn't listen to me and gave me a full lb of fatty brisket all in one container. The Barbacoa is not real barbacoa and their salsa sucked. The BBQ sauce also sucked. The pork ribs were ok but not enough to justify the hefty price. If you like to waste your money on crap, then come here. If you value your money don't even bother coming here. I won't be coming back ever.

Love this place! The food is amazing! Just smelling and looking at their food makes my mouth water! They did a fantastic job at enforcing social distancing rules and regulations while still having impeccable service! Everyone in line and in the food truck wore masks! I think it would be helpful to provide hand sanitizer considering that multiple people use the iPad, credit card scanner, and pick their own drinks from an ice chest. The lady that took my order did an excellent job explaining the menu to me which made my experience super convenient and efficient! I highly recommend ordering the Holy Mac! This menu item has macaroni topped with brisket and barbecue sauce! As a Texan and someone who grew up on bbq, I give this place 5/5 stars!

Let me start off by saying some of the best unique street tacos I have ever had. Brisket stuffed TX Twinkie (jalapeño popper wrapped in bacon) on top of a brisket taco. The only down side is they are a little pricey but being honest worth it for a first time. Yum!

Came in to try the grilled cheese and brisket, and the brisket potato. Also ordered the jalapeño bombers. Items we ordered were 10-15$, the size of the potato was good but it wasn't amazing. The bombers were 10$ for four and they were on. I would get the grilled macaroni and brisket sandwich it was pretty good. The location is outdoors so be aware of the weather. It got cold fast when we came to eat here. I probably won't be coming back.
