Great Service! Good food (especially the brisket!) we got our food before 10 mins My new favorite bbq place here in Texas! Must try!

My stomach followed my ears to Harmons BBQ in Cibolo...came to hear the bluesy sounds of Bros Inc. (Jimmy Spacek, Rueben V & et. al) and was also able to slay my hunger with bbq and beer. I had the Brisket Mac and Cheese and my friend had the Smoked Turkey sandwich and both were deliscious. Maybe too many fatty cuts of brisket in the bowl, but that's the luck of the draw when the dish is portion of chopped brisket with bbq sauce spooned over cooked Macaroni noodles and covered in a cheese sauce. It all still blended together nicely and was very scrumptious. The smoked turkey on the sandwich was so tender it could be cut with a fork. The flavor was outstanding. It came doused in a little too much sauce as the bun lost integrity about half way through the sandwich, resulting in the need for a form to finish. All in all, not bad at all, especially considering how busy they were due to the live band. Bottom line: I'll be back for more blues, brews and BBQ! Happy to have this spot in my 'hood!

Great ambiance! The brisket was a bit fatty so I didn't eat much...but the turkey was really good. It was a nice enough lunch, 3.5 stars.

This was a really great experience. Excellent food and service. The smoke on the meat was perfect and it has a great Texas feel inside of the restaurant. Will go back!

First timer. Arrived as they opened. Got a combo plate of Brisket and Pulled Pork. Delicious, and enough to have a 2nd meal off of.No disappointments at all. The Brisket and Pork were barbecued to perfection. The friends plate was great too. I will be back.

Shout out to this being an active supporter for the Steele Knights Men's Basketball program!!!! Good to see local business's spreading the love when it comes to local sports.

Very unhappy with our meal. First we had to wait to order so they could put phone orders. Maybe make your business more efficient by getting a second register. It was peak dinner time and making everyone wait is just ridiculous. Then, all of our food was cold. I think they made it and just let it sit. The Jalepeno sausage was not even geasy anymore it sat so long. I don't like spending that much money for nothing to be good.

There's nothing like bbq! We pulled into the parking lot and stepped out our car, and our BBQ journey began! You could smell all these amazing smells! We walked in, and it reminded me of an old-time saloon. We ordered our food, and it was a pretty simple menu. My husband ordered the 3 meat tray with sausage, chicken, and brisket. And his sides were potato salad and greens. He absolutely loved it. I got the turkey sandwich with chips and sauce on the side.we both had the sweet tea. I highly recommend this spot. It was well worth it for sure.

This place is the best for bar b que - seriously, if you're looking for a place to sit down and eat at, or just to take it to go, the people here are friendly and awesome and did I say that the food is delish, well it is now hurry up and get over here

The food was excellent and portions were generous. We got take out, but the staff was very helpful, friendly and upbeat. Our order was also delivered quickly.
