MY dinner. Pico de gallo with guacamole and corn chips. Keeping my meal "raw" in restaurants is not always easy. Bill was $5.95.

This all you can eat restaurant serves a variety of food, but they specialize in Mexican food. Flavor was okay and average. I'm not sure how fresh the food is because it appeared to have been sitting there for awhile. My favorite is their homemade warm tortillas.

Ate breakfast and the food was quite different! The Chirizo and the bacon smelled like the San Antonio Stock Yards, so terrible, I had to send the tacos back. The restaurant is very nice, the tables and chairs are cute and the tree log benches are magnificent! Driving up to the restaurant, there are beautiful murals painted on the outside walls. They have a bar also. The waitress said they do not have frozen margaritas, but they do serve margaritas over ice. There are very beautiful bricks around the bars. I didn't like the smell of the meat, I lost my appetite after the smell of the bacon and Chirizo.

First time here and it was a very spacious place. Has full bar and several TV's for sports aficionados. We waited to be seated but it was quick, even though it full serve was fast. Menu had a variety of options so we opted for the typical Huevos rancheros and I ordered chilaquiles with green salsa and fresh goat cheese. The staff was very friendly and even though we had a waiter everyone was assisting all the customers. I ordered coffee and I have to say not once did I have to flag down someone to bring me more coffee because the staff kept coming around with coffee. Our plates came out quickly and very generously served. I make chilaquiles at home and like them sort of crunchy and I was impressed that they were actually crunchy. The price is reasonable considering the location. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. Definitely will come back.

I like Mexican restaurants with bars, grills and drive thru's. That's three stars just for offering! Service here has always been pretty good. I visit Vallarta during lunch sometimes. At that time the crowd varies from local shoppers to people working them 8-6's! The portions are pretty large. Love the chips and salsa, it's so hot!! I like cheese. Some of the things I don't like is the shrimp quality and the flies. I know sometimes restaurants don't have control over the flies, but sometimes it just smells like they do have control and that's how I'll leave that.

Here from out of town. Growing up in Pueblo Colorado, I enjoyed good Mexican food. This is on par with my childhood. The staff was super friendly, the prices were excellent! I couldn't eat it all. Phenomenal!Ken Hutchison303-809-5345

What can I say negative about this place? Nothing! The food was great, server was on top of his game (and quite handsome to boot!).I had the chicken gordita and my friend had the verde enchiladas. Both were great! It was under $30 for the two of us! Most dishes are under $10!The margaritas are awesome! I had strawberry and my friend had mango. If I'm nearby I'll definitely stop by again (even if it's just to gaze at my waiter!).

Well, at least my potato and egg taco was good. Not good today. Barbacoa taco not warm and too 'hard'. I ordered a potato and egg taco, Chorizo and egg taco, and a Barbacoa taco. My wife ordered the Mexican Chilaquiles plate. Mexican Chilaquiles plate DOES NOT have eggs. Ugh. That was a big disappointment. Chilaquiles plate here (Not the 'Mexican' one) does have eggs. My wife ate bean tacos off plate. Mexican Chilaquiles plate has only chips, white cheese, raw chopped onions, and some sour cream. (Guess that's Mexican Chilaquiles(?)). New building, great dining room, and great smells make this an adventure in waiting. I couldn't wait to try it. Perhaps better at lunch or dinner. Our breakfast selections weren't good. We might try this for lunch or dinner in a few months if they're still here. Not consistent temperatures/quality.

Grand opening was 6/19/14 on this new construction property. Was the second customer there and just got two breakfast tacos to go, Chilaquiles and bean and cheese. Though I didn't dine in, the space was clean and brand spanking new. Decor was comfortable and didn't scream Mexican restaurant with loud colors or murals everywhere. Wasn't instant but about a 5 minute wait and thankfully included a green and a red salsa. The staff was nice enough and greeted me as I came in for this to go order. Food was bland and not great. Not awful but just needed seasoning and flavor. Portions were on the heavier side especially considering the price. 1.50 for bean and cheese and 2 for Chilaquiles. Highlight for me was the green salsa. Tasty good build up of heat and a slight creaminess to it. Red salsa looked and tasted roasted but was too watery for me and lacked any sort of punch or flavor. I would give them another shot on some more items and because they have a drive thru so close to my office.

Food is good. Fideo is a little salty. So much variety and the sweets are awesome. It would be nice if the owners updated the ambience. This place is dark and brown and very dated. Wait staff ok.
