Hacienda Vallarta

Loved the food, I have come a few times now at breakfast & dinner! Everyone is so sweet, on Friday's they have music, singing, people dancing! Great spot!

ZERO STARS**HORRIBLE** GO TO ARANDA's!! We usually go to Arandas for the Cali burrito which is AMAZING! But I wanted to try another place. So went here. We ordered 2 burritos, 2 sodas: $26 ??! I got almost through the entire thing and decided to take a pic. 1 carne asada + avocado (xtra$)1 carne asada + beans (xtra) rice (xtra) cheese (xtra) NO tomato - NO lettuce Carne asada was made up of all the oily, crunchy, remnants of steak that left on the grill. They basically scraped & gathered all the scraps & grizzle and poured onto tortilla. NO ACTUAL STEAK STRIPS were in the burritos. Paid xtra for avocado, no avocado came. Both burritos had wilted oily lettuce & tomato. It was a pathetic gross burrito and absolutely NOT WORTH ALMOST $30??!!! VERY VERY POOR EXCUSE OF A CARNE ASADA BURRITO! NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T WALK! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!

This place is disgusting and has the worst customer service. It is incredibly overpriced for the poor quality. The window rat "Alondra" (lip piercing) claimed there was no manager and would not resolve my complaint. Avoid this place at all cost. This guacamole cost $3.50!This kind of greed needs to stop.

Environment and restrooms clean. Service & food was okay! Breakfast steak plate was tasty but potatoes were cold and over seasoned with chili powder.

It's really good especially the Jalisco burrito delicious and super tasty definitely recommend

My fiancé brought me here for breakfast and I loved all of it. Our server Rita made us feel right at home. We love her and her energy! I'd recommend to anyone.

Food is good however, I bought 2lbs of barbacoa to go and when I got home and weighed the meat they only gave me a pound and a half! Another time I bought 1 lb and received only 13 oz. Also, one of the menudo cups was only soup with a few pieces of pozole and menudo. I will not be going back - drive thru or dine in.

I got 2 egg tacos in the drive thru and there were eggshells in both of them I had to spit it out.
