Gruene Coffee Haus

This coffee shop offers an impressive selection of latte flavors! I tried the lavender latte and it was simply delightful. The wait in the long line is definitely worth it!While there you cannot overlook the incredible wall art--it's a wonderful tribute to the legendary George Strait!

We went to Gruene for a few days to get out of Houston. Being out of town made me want to indulge in some coffee house coffee. I looked up coffee and saw that Gruene Coffee Haus was pretty close to where we were staying. It's located in a tucked away super small strip center. When you walk up they have a cute outside area with a photo wall. The environment was very welcoming.The coffee shop it's self is pretty small, but it was decorated nicely. I ordered a caramel macchiato. It was very good. The coffee that they used was very tasty. It was much better than the big coffee shop that we all know the name of.When I go back to Gruene, they will be a must visit stop while I'm there.

Was the coffee the best I've ever had - no. But the staff was super nice and they have a lot of fun/unique flavors. Would I go back if I was in town and needed an afternoon caffeine fix - sure. Would I go out of my way for it - no. It does the job - the real highlight is the super kind staff.

A very lovely place to take a break on a warm day of shopping. Lots of beverage choices- I had an iced vanilla latte and my friend had a decaf. Clean restrooms. The service staff were very nice and not flustered by special orders. They had some great looking baked goods and a cold case for bottled and canned beverages. Overall a great stop.

Have been here a couple times and it's always packed. The staff is friendly and the coffee is good. Look forward to coming back!

Super cute coffee shop! Small town vibe and clearly they have regulars from around town who go regularly. Chai latte very tasty. I don't drink coffee and they have several non-coffee options. The muffins and pastries looked tasty - I will try them next time.Love the outdoor sitting area too.

This coffee shop is amazing! We went on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. But it was worth the wait. The coffee was great quality so smooth.I would go back! The flavor options seem endless! I really liked that they offered holiday flavors in July (I for sure saw peppermint and pumpkin Spice) There were sooooo many other flavors too! I ordered a Lavender Latte 1/2 Sweet with a Chocolate scone! (My first time having a chocolate scone, I honestly didn't even know they existed)My sister ordered an iced macchiato and a Croissant and she really enjoyed it as well. It's pet friendly with an outdoor seating area and an area for water for the doggies and they make cute pup cups!

Charming coffee shop in Gruene, but the wait for an iced latte was far too long. When it finally arrived, it was disappointingly bland and overly milky. Service could definitely be quicker.

These coffee roasters have it right. Good espresso/coffee and tasty pastry treats. A great stop when you are in Gruene.

Love the little area they are located in, everything ing Gruene is literally within walking distance. We took the whole beans of their Texas Pecan to have at home, and it was quite delicious.The mini donuts were decent, but nothing to rave about. Personally the star for me was the Matcha Latte, and they know what they are doing! I a bit critical when it comes to my matcha latte, and this is almost exactly how I make it at home. I just home it's actually matcha, and not the presweetened matcha latte mix... that would literally break my heart because I rave so much about this place and always look forward to coming here.
