Gracie's Kitchen

I ordered the mini tacos for lunch and this kitchen hooked it up! I asked for half chicken and half Al pastor. I got 3 of each in the order for under 10 bucks! Both meats were juicy and super flavorful! They loaded mine up with cilantro and onions and I added avocado. Also came with a tasty, spicy green salsa and lime wedges. So delicious! I enjoyed these tacos so much.

If want a great grilled cheese brisket burger, I definitely recommend Gracie's Kitchen food truck. The brisket was well seasoned and extremely tender and moist. The combination of the beef cheese and brisket with that tasty barbeque sauce really hit the spot. I will definitely be back, best burger I have had in ages. They do food right, and to top it off they do not skimp on the portions either.

Gracies Kitchen is one of the regular food vendors where I work. They are one of my absolute favorites in the rotation. The breakfast sandwiches I have tried have all been great. Delicious and filling. I have never felt as if I did not get a good value for what I spent as the prices are very fair. My favorite breakfast items are the Big TX and the Hole in One.For lunch I'm a fan of the Street Tacos and the Cheeseburger that comes with big delicious fries, served hot and fresh. There are some many more lunch items I am looking forward to trying. If you happen to roll across Gracie's Kitchen I definitely recommend checking them out. I'm sure something on the menu will interest you.

Gracies is amazing! Friendly service and delicious food with lots of options. We love it when our favorite food truck visits. After several attempts to keto-fy their breakfast tacos, they saw the need for a keto menu and amped up their game 110%...their keto bowls are AMAZING!! And so are their hole in ones but I gave up bread

Edgewood ISD brought food trucks for New Teacher training days. Luckily, I was at Emma Frey today, so I was able to partake in the offerings. I chose Gracie's because they have street tacos - one of my all-time favorite foods! You can choose from chicken, beef or al pastor. Prices are $7 for 4 or $9 for 6. I chose 4... and I am glad that I did, because that was a lot of food! I wouldn't have been able to finish 6 - and I was hungry! I ended up choosing the beef tacos, and they were fresh and tasty, with pico de gallo, guacamole and cheese (I opted not to get cheese). I was really happy with my choice and would love to try other items on their menu when my diet is a little less restrictive!

This food is so fire The man in the window was super nice, when I asked for Al pastor on the burger he hooked it up. This place is so delicious, I would recommend to anyone and I am definitely going again. The brisket is very juicy and the fries stayed warm and crispy throughout the whole meal. 10/10 would eat again.PS the Al Pastor makes a good combo with the brisket

Was delicious! I ordered the puffy tacos and enjoyed them more than I expected. Normally puffy tacos are a hit or miss, but these were a hit. Thank you guys for coming out!
