Mix of my favorites
My fave is this Terry Black's Brisket pizza. A touch my Mike's Hot Honey gives this a subtle flavor & brings it all together.

You will not be disappointed by Good Day Pizza food truck!! I agree with another prior review: There's nothing like this artisan style pizza in San Antonio. My top 3 recommendations for options to try are- Terry Black's Brisket, Mama Mia and Fennel Sausage, but truthfully, you can't go wrong with the classics- Cheese or Pepperoni. Prices are extremely reasonable, with slices beginning at $2.50 up to $7.50 for their specialty styles. We tried two types of pizza as a late afternoon lunch & went back for more to try as our late dinner-- it was THAT GOOD in that we tried it twice in one day. Trust me, you'll be going back for more, too! Our friends went by that same day & also picked up some gelato & described it as fluffier than ice cream. Delicious! Give this amazing food truck a try, sooner than later. You'll be astonished. Check out all my pics to help you locate (Near O'Connor & Stahl Rd). Look for the flying "Pizza" and "Gelato" flags & the food truck. It's right next to Harvest City Church. There's also a few shaded tables for you to enjoy your freshly made pizza.

Great pizza, one of the best pizzas I've tried in San Antonio. I would call this Sicilian style.
