Golden Street Tacos

after seeing the reviews I had to try. I got the quesabirria 3 piece tacos and a sandia agua fresca. The food was great and the agua fresca really hit the spot because it was hot. The service was very friendly and helpful when we had any or needed anything. They were playing cumbias so over everything was amazing.

When I heard this place opened up, I was so excited to try it! The minute you heard the cumbias and smell the mouthwatering meat, you know it's going to be great! Also if you do visit this place, you will need to find parking. There is covered shading when you eat so don't worry if you plan to eat in the summer. The service was great! Our cashier recommended the Birria tacos and trust me when we say we're glad we followed through. The meat is so tender! The consomme and sauces are great! Also the fact that they offered agua frescas is the best! The way they serve it to you hits the spot! It'll last you for half the day and it is fresh! Dining here feels very cozy and relaxing. You get to enjoy the music while you smell your food being cooked. Plus when it's a nice day, you get to enjoy the sun and cool off with some drinks.Overall, this is a great place to eat at for amazing food! Definitely bring your friends and family to enjoy yourselves!

So I decided to order in tonight and was craving birria tacos. I'm rather new to the birria game so everywhere they make them slightly different. The consommé wasn't thick but watery which is what I prefer. It tasted like very strong salty beef broth. The meat as well was slightly salty seasoned. The beans though were sooooo delicious and you can't go wrong there! Food was delicious but don't expect the tacos to be fried in the consommé though. If so I think the over power of the salty taste would be too much.

Street tacos were excellent , I'll definitely try some of the other dishes. I'm visiting from Chicago with huge Latin communities, those communities have awesome restaurants and so far San Antonio restaurant scene is very good.

I was really excited to try this place!I ordered quesibirria, pastor mini tacos, elote, and an horchata. They gave me a half filled container with lemonade and no horchata. One tiny green salsa for the entire order, and one tiny red salsa that was honestly disgusting. Corn tortillas have a weird smell to them and the meat was dry. The quesibirra tacos themselves were good, nice flavor and tortillas were crisp! The consomme was was really watery and didn't have much flavor. Elote was alright, cheese was hard and melted on top and kind of stingy with the toppings. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I'm sad to say the entire experience was underwhelming.

Quick service, good food and the lemonade is delicious! If you're looking for decent birria tacos and a nice outside place to relax this is your destination. Parking was kind of weird but not difficult to figure out. Plus side, workers spoke English and Spanish.

All I need to say is this is the best taco truck I have ever eaten at. It's a little pricey but once you taste the food you will think they under charged you!

I tried the Birria quesadillas here and they were so good! You won't regret giving this place a try!
