Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

The restaurant is really small but it's cute and mighty most of your favorites are here. The restaurant is very casual we went during lunch it was cute lots of seniors everywhere so it's just a sweet little buffet, the serves were kind and attentive and fun I'll definitely be back again.

I honestly haven't been to Golden Corral in a long time and decided to give it a try again, this location is was decent. I can say that the food was hot and they would change it out when it would it would get low. The price is definitely not worth it since the food choices were very low which made me think about customers who are vegetarian the only option they have is a salad. The manager on duty this day was not nicest him and the girls that work the front counter are constantly watching everyone and he seemed to be hovering around listening to everyone's conversations when there are tables that need cleaning.

Decided to swing through here for a Friday night dinner w/ the fam. Figured it would an ideal place with something for everyone. Didn't think that it would cost $70+ for a family of three. They offered all the usual suspects on the buffet line. Bad pizza, over fried chicken, soupy Mac and cheese and so on. Best thing to eat this visit were the yeast rolls. Super soft, warm, and with just a hint of honey butter brushed on them. The service was as expected. Loud and busy was the theme for this night. I'm thinking we should've just gone somewhere like Chili's and got better food for less money

Food is old looking Poor quality of food,looks old and not rotating properly Lots of empty trays and poor choices Looks like they struggle to preserve quality and quantity food This place will close soon enough The one in new Braunfels is top notch all the time and never disappoints The manager in charge needs to be replaced with someone else quickly

Great service they always made sure our empty plates were picked up and our drinks were refilled was quite enough to here our conversation with each other

Seriously I have been to buffets all around different states also in Las Vegas at casinos. I have never seen a crowd like I saw that day. I swear you think these people have never seen food. I don't think people understand it's all you can eat. Not all you can carry. The unsupervised children. The adults acting like kids and don't get me started on the staff.The final straw was the family that was there before we started eating and left after us but, the mom goes up and gets 6 pcs of fried chicken and proceeds to wrap them in napkins and puts them in here purse. You just spent $20 a head to get in. You steal chicken? Low life's.

Ordered on April 7, 2024.. The worst take out meal I have ever received. The broccoli was a stalk and the baked potato had a rotten spot on it A picture paints a thousand words. See below.

I always love going to Golden Corral. However, unless the price went up from two weeks ago, this particular Golden Corral seems more expensive than the one I normally go to in Victoria Texas. Customer Service was excellent and the food was amazing, like always. The Ambiance was good too. I would definitely go back. You have an array and assortment of foods to choose from. You can't fill everything you want to eat on one plate, trust me, more than one plate is going to be needed.

The service has went down. The server did not talk to me several times after I said thank you. When she returned with my second refill of Sprite, it was flat and tasted like flavored water. The redeeming factor is always the food. The cashier asked me did I want to get cash out to leave a tip. I don't want to but it's the day after Christmas and maybe she wanted to be off today. Idk. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.

Literally the ice cream machine is down at this location more than the McFlurry machines at any local McDonald's... go to the new braunfels location if you want ice cream staff lied and said it was operational my daughter is crushed. When I brought the issue up to management nothing was done! Thanks for nothing!
