Golden Chick

We always get the chicken tenders, fries and macaroni. Chicken tenders are always great, fries are always great, macaroni is always pretty good. Gravy is not always the best the last several times it has been very runny. Overall the food was great! Customer service was great. Drive thru was a little slow but it's not too bad. From what I could tell the Golden Chick gave off a very good vibe. This Golden Chick is very good and I recommend it. I will be back again!Tips: make sure you get light ice or Otherwise they fill the cup with at least 3/4 ice and very small amount of drink.Tips: Tuesday is typically Tender Tuesday. It is much cheaper than normal.

Food was good, they ran out of boxes so my food was put in a bag??? The cashier dropped my card so had to move my car to get the card. The drinks had 0 ice so we had hot drinks!

Terrible food and service! Uncooked chicken and feathers still cooked on Chicken. I would never go back again or recommend having children consume this food. Extremely unhealthy and unappealing.

WE made a quick stop here at the drive thru to get some chicken strips for lunch. When we got home and I opened my package the chicken strip looked somewhat different than my wife's. First bite told me that I got the chicken that had sat out too long. Hard and rubbery chicken and so was the batter. Compared to the wifes and hers was much better. Even the side of green beans that are usually pretty good were very bland. Seems to be my luck lately with fast food and especially the drive thrus. May be a while before I come bacck if ever.

Golden Chick on 281 is the best!!!! All the food is sooo good, I especially love the new Hot Honey Sriracha tenders w/fries. I also love the chicken sandwich and my husband loves the roasted chicken...honestly, it's ALL good. I'd also like to mention the customer service is amazing and, overall, a very clean restaurant inside and out. Keep it up Golden Chick/281!!! 10/10

So glad to see this place fully operational again. Friendly service with a slight language barrier. But the food that came out was accurate so we were fine. I had some wonderful fried chicken breast and thigh and a side of corn nuggets (one of my favorites). No pictures this time as I just dug in so I could get to that free ice cream cone asap. Lol.

Come on! Golden chick, what's going on? Walked in today at 1:45 pm for lunch, and you have employees (a Hispanic woman) eating behind the counter at the foodline, a granola bar. Yes, at the foodline that the food is prepared, and not washing their hands and serving the food! She turned around and greeted me with a mouth full of food, rude, and gave herself away. That's when I looked to see what she was eating; in plain site, a granola bar on the foodline counter. Check your cameras if you have them behind the counter. If there's a manager on duty at this hour, they are failing also since they allowed this. This is serious health safety risks!! You all are failing the community! Obviously, this isn't the first go round people have gotten away with eating behind the counter at the foodline. They were so comfortable doing so. I love your food, but I'm not coming back here ever again. My health matters! NO ONE SHOULD BE PUTTING ANYTHING IN THEIR MOUTHS WHILE SERVING CUSTOMERS!

Best location. I've never eaten inside but did for the first time. Food is great, service was great. Can't wait to come back again!

Worst Golden I have been to. They were out of everything and the young lady as the cashier obviously was not having a good day! First and last time here.

Golden Chick on Foster Rd Sunday @6pm 11/03/24Ordered a 3 piece which consist of a leg thigh and a wing and fries. Oh and the cashier didn't know English. So I didn't get the pieces that come with the meal.The chicken breast was DRy and the tigh was not cooked right it had breading under the crust and didn't get No fries which come with the order. They had 2 supervisors at the time I went in. What's wrong with that picture????
