Ginza Ramen Poke and Boba

Cold days call for hot soup and that's exactly what lead me to seek out a bowl of Ramen at Ginza. I ordered a bowl of tonkatsu with pork belly chasu. There is the option to add veggies, bamboo shoots, etc., but I kept my order basic. Ya'll this Ramen was soooo yummy. The broth was amazing and the pork belly was fire I highly recommend this restaurant!!

I was craving poke so I thought I would this place. The staff were super friendly when I asked about adding masago to my bowl. Which they just call fish eggs. So it was nice to know which wording they use. The portions were good size and the fish was fresh. I don't add to much to my poke. I really like the ingredients to stand out. The food is so good The service is a 10/10 I love the pork belly chase with tonkotsu soup. I've had all their appetizers and they're so good!! I love to get poke with spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy crab.

The beef ramen with chicken broth is so good! I highly recommend it. The beef had amazing flavor!

First time here and it was amazing!! The Ramen was amazing. We also ate fried rice and noodles. Definitely going bak soon.

Food is such good quality. Just so so good. Miso is a different caliber here. Thicker and full of flavor. Poke bowl is fire!

I went with a big family group. Several orders were placed. I had been one of the first orders to be placed and was the last one to get my food. While I got the app/side I ordered the entree I ordered was set down at a different table that didn't have my order number/table tent on it. And worker got mad at me for not hearing him call out the food. And then was upset i asked for it to be remade due to someone else eating it. It wouldn't have been a big deal but being scolded for their mistake was the part that didn't sit well with me. They present a 'remade' dish that just seemed to have more of the order piled on the one I sent back.

So yummy! I got the shrimp tempura ramen with miso to go. The miso base was flavorful without being overwhelming in flavor! And the noodles were perfectly cooked. My boyfriend got a sushirito which we were unsure how the flavors we combined would go, but we got the 2 protein: fresh salmon, shrimp tempura, carrots, cucumber, cream cheese, pickled radish, purple onion, mango (gave a great subtle sweetness) cilantro, and (for extra $) avocado. It was so tasty! The passion fruit was good but the boba tasted a bit weird. I would definitely return

Pho was so delicious that it was approved by my picky kids. Have been there a few times since. Boba was great as well

Great food and the price wasn't too bad either. Service was super nice, don't try and be tough, it's spicy lol
