Fusion Catering

Best experience with catering services, food was delicious and give me two choices of sauces for the chicken. They were so nice to us, flexible and the service at my wedding was exceptional, price was reasonable as well; not too expensive. Offer coffee, tea, cut the cake; just great!

We had the chipotle lime chicken with cilantro rice and roasted vegetables. Every thing was good except the vegetables were still really hard (I had ask prior to our wedding if they could be softer). A couple of our tables did not get dinner rolls and when they asked a server, they were ignored. We also paid for plated service and some of our guest were getting up and bringing the plates to the kitchen. After we had cut our cake, we went to clean off and by the time we made it back, the whole second layer of the cake was served before we were served. With that being said, I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.
