I went back to my old neighborhood for fruit cups, and we found so much more! Fruteria Chavez was so yummy, and I appreciate that they have photos of the dessert options. The building and interior is unassuming, yet the cute Mexican inspired decor is cute and compliments the dessert. It might take a moment to get your order, yet it's being prepared fresh! We enjoyed everything we tasted, and my child could not get enough. We can't wait to come back to try more things.

Very quick service, service is good and prices as well. Food is good and tasty. Try the fresas con crema and the mangonada smoothie!

Very delicious!! We ordered the agua preparada, elote en vaso, durito preparado and berry lemonade. Definitely would come back!

Place just opened and great friendly service and delicious treats! We had the banana split, guava lechera raspado and strawberry sunday. They were all really great portions and the price was good too. Definitely recommend this spot!

I'm so happy that they opened their second location near me! Best Fruteria in town! They have everything you can think of in terms of Mexican snacks! I always get their corn in a cup because its so good and they even give you the option to choose the white authentic Mexican corn rather than the canned yellow one that most other fruterias serve!

Customer service is on point and theme seems so authentic. I would definitely stop by anytime driving down Vance Jackson .

Fruteria Chávez is devastatingly awful. They refused to provide a receipt for my purchase which made me add up what I bought to see if I was charged correctly, I wasn't. They overcharged me $5. When I pointed it out, the lady said "oh well. The boss not here" That was just the beginning of the horrible service at this place. I placed my order by showing them pictures from their IG account of exactly what I wanted. After waiting 20 minutes, I did not receive what I ordered. I showed them a picture of the hot Cheetos elote and I got a hot Cheetos/cheese bag. I showed them a picture of the pepino loko, received a regular pepino aqua. I told them 3 times I only want yellow corn... I got WHITE CORN. Holy hell. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The older lady was extremely rude. I couldn't believe it. I really hope the BBB gets there to inspect their business practices. I can't believe they stole $5 from me, shrugged it off, then gave me a product I didn't order after showing them their own pictures of what I wanted. This place is the worst. Stay away. They only have 5 star reviews because they offer free product for giving 5 star reviews. Insane. If you want great elote, skip this place and go to the Mercado heb on culebra.

Best fruteria in town hands down! They just opened this location about a week ago and I'm loving it already! So many options to choose from. My favorite drink is the Rusa, super refreshing! And for a snack the Sandia Loca (for the taki and watermelon lovers) soooooo good!
