Free Roam Brewing Company

I can't believe I haven't written a review here before. I love this brewery. We drive here from SA. They have great unique flavors (ex this is close to valentines/St. Patrick's day and they had an Irish stout and a chocolate red ale). They do live music, weekly events, support the community, have 3 food trucks on site, inside/outside bar and seating, bathrooms inside. They allow outside food. Definitely a great local business.

This is a very cool place to have a couple of beers while the women folk shop, and do whatever else they do in these small towns.They have a really nice setup, both inside, and outside in their back yard area. They have a good selection of beer, and they usually have live music, and a food truck in the back yard on weekends.Check them out if you are in town!***The last time I went, I also found a discount by checking in a beer on the Untapped app. It was $2 off of your second beer.

It's Christmas Eve, my wife and I went out for a drive and ended up at Free Roam Brewing Company, first off, Boerne TX is a great little spot to visit. The place was busy, football on all the TVs and plenty of seating inside and out. Nothing in terms of food here, good thing we stopped at Buc-ees on the way in. Chips and cookies were available, we stopped for the beers. Service was great, they stayed busy the entire time we were here. Good beer selection, and a friendly crowd. This place is a long way from home but honestly worth the trip.

Visited on a Thursday evening and this place was HOPPIN!' (Pun intended!) There was a decent size crowd inside & out, several big screens with Local Boerne HS & NFL games on. Friendly ppl. We each just had 1 beer and really enjoyed them. My husband got his favorite- an IPA, and I- a golden stout. Both really good! We sat outside @ picnic tables. There was a stage out back, and a bunch of tables, outdoor bar/taps, covered areas & a food truck on site. Food truck out back was good too! Mexican food variety of Nachos to burritos. Great Brewery vibe. We'll be back!

So, this place was packed inside and out. The service for beer was quick. The inside was a but loud and seemed a bit small for the crowd, but it worked. The outside back was filled with tables, vendors, food trucks, and live music. I can say a great meet and great for friends. There were kids and pets also, maybe a bit much for a bar/brewery, but a must, I would say to check out. The egg rolls are a must to try. A healthy heap of ramen comes with your rolls. I'm glad we stopped through. The place was an overall win.

Great beer! If you are a craft beer lover or even new into trying it I highly recommend stopping by to try a cold one. They always have food trucks with amazing food and always live entertainment. The staff and managers make you feel like your family and always welcome new faces. Whether you're a local or visiting from out of town FreeRoam should be on your list! I highly recommend Ludo's Chocolate Lantern if you're in the mood for a spiced brown ale! Don't forget to say hey to Nico, Super knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to craft beer newbies.

Free Roam Brewery in Boerne was a fantastic place we explored. It marked the first time we encountered a craft brewery where we enjoyed every single beer. My only recommendation would be to increase the carbonation a bit and ensure the beverages are served even colder. Apart from that, it was a flawless experience! We also grabbed some food from the parked trailer, making it an excellent spot to relax and savor a refreshing brew. On another note, make sure to meet the Brew Dog! So sweet!

Stopped in to Free Roam Brewing Company during a visit to Boerne. It's clean and decorated perfectly for a brewery. The service and selection were great as well. This is a great little stop when shopping on the main strip in town.

This was a fun place to hang out, watch an eclipse, have some beers, eat some food truck chicharrones, and listen to live music. All was great--well, the eclipse was a little cloud-covered but was still amazing when the light went out--and the back patio area is a great idea! Everyone, dogs, kids, and adults were having fun!

Went to this brewery on a weekend night to watch football... the outside was busy with a live band... they were playing the NFL on one TV and college on the other... one of the NFL games ended and a snotty female bartender changed the game to college that no one was interested in (BYU vs Colorado) and then they had two college games going and i asked the female bartender to change one of the TV's to NFL... appparently they don't play the NFL at this bar and they didnt change it.... so I left... if you wanna hang with a bunch of children and moms and dads and a rude staff.... come here .... dont come here for NFL!
