Flying M Bar-B-Que

Absolutely the best Bar-B-Que ever!Pulled pork awesome flavor adding their mustard-based barbecue sauce really rocks the flavor. The sides unbelievable the loaded baked potato casserole nothing like I've ever had before wonderful. Mac & cheese absolutely awesome. Didn't get to try the coleslaw but the dessert was Oreo cookie mouse creamy delicious it was to die for. Unfortunately I missed out on trying the brisket . Bar b que this good goes fast ,they were sold out of brisket by 1:30 , I ask everybody how it was they said fantastic Q . I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and what a beautiful trailer everything was perfection this is gonna be a fantastic place to get Bar B Que as good as Any place in Austin or Lockhart.

Amazing BBQ! The meats are phenomenal themselves but the sauces and sides are fantastic too. My family tries to visit as often as possible. On multiple occasions when people have come to visit us here in Texas, we make sure they get some Flying M. Family owned and operated and they are wonderful people too. My toddler son can't get enough.

WOW!!!!! Just WOW!!!! Incredibly tender and tasty chicken and brisket. On top of that the sauce is out of this world, the best in San Antonio!!!!

This is an outstanding family owned spot with delicious BBQ! The fall of the bone ribs didn't even need sauce. The brisket was tender and easily pulled apart with my fork. The chicken was juicy and tasty. The prices were more than reasonable for the amount of food I got. I will be visiting again. I highly recommend it!

I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was very good. The only problem is that it didnt taste freshly made, like it had been sitting for awhile. Other than that is was great.
