Having been a loyal customer since 2016, I've consistently enjoyed my visits. However, my experience this past Saturday was notably different. When placing my usual order--two iced mochas, one with oat milk and an extra shot, and one with whole milk and two shots--I requested an additional single shot for the whole milk latte. The response was that they 'only pull double shots' and therefore couldn't accommodate a single extra shot, essentially stating they couldn't 'split' a double shot. This explanation was perplexing, as I've ordered similar modifications numerous times without issue.Following this, my order was prepared incorrectly as two hot lattes, left unattended on the counter without a name call. The staff member who took my order was seated, not actively assisting customers. This significant deviation from my previous positive experiences left me feeling that the usual welcoming ambiance was absent.I genuinely value this establishment and the role it plays in our community. I hope that management will prioritize better training for their staff on both order accuracy and professional customer service. If you love your customers and your community that has given you the opportunity to be a part of the city and have brought you this far with their support, you should better train your staff on ethics and professionalism towards your patrons. I hope you all can do better.
