Seated quickly. Drinks ordered and delivered rapidly. The Waiter checked a couple time before all 7 of us were ready to order. 6 meals delivered in a timley manner. Waited way too long for 7th meal - like the others were all done eating and then it arrived - no explanation from waiter. No manager responded.We had fried chicken and CFC - both crispy outside and moist inside. Another diner had a delightful pork chop. The wood fired pizza and calzone were both dry and had blackened areas. Handy to 2 large hotels - easy walking distance.Best thing about this experience was conveinence for visiting family members staying on site.

The lunch portion chicken fried chicken was perfect, and cost $10 which is decent these days. The green beans tasted like they were boiled in salt water, but weren't overly salty. The chicken fried chicken was a perfect golden brown. The service was attentive. There were only about 20 people in the place however, due to the cold weather.

Came here for the first time with my Girlfriend and let me say as an official burger boy this place is legit. Nice cozy environment, a lot of TV's for entertainment. I ordered the Smokehouse burger and it was AMAZING. Soft buns and nicely grilled patties. My Girlfriend ordered the All American burger with a side salad(modified to large salad because she's pregnant lol) The picture is the crime scene afterwards. 10/10.

We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel and walked across the parking lot and I'm so glad we did! I had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and it was amazing! The sides were fresh and delicious. My son had a kid's pizza and he was happy as well. Great experience!

I tried Embers for lunch since it was near by a conference I was attending. The food was excellent! The atmosphere is nice and modern. The food was reasonable priced and the service was fast. Very good and positive experience at Embers. I had a 8oz ribeye mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes fries. All for 19 bucks. Good job Embers.

I ordered for pick up take-out through Yelp/GrubHub. It was quick and efficient and the communication through Yelp worked great. I ordered at 5p on a Friday night and was able to pick up before 6p. I gave my name at the host stand and they got the bag for me. Total cost with tip was $20 which surprised me, there aren't many roadhouses anymore where you can pay that for dinner. Ordered a half rack of ribs with two sides, broccoli and tater tots. The half rack was huge and really nicely cooked. Broccoli seemed like it came out of a freezer bag and was rather skimpy, maybe one cup in total. I'm used to roadhouses being more generous with cheap vegetables. There were plenty of tots but they also came out of a freezer bag and was nothing to write home about. However, the total amount of food was enough to split for two meals. Parking lot was pretty full and splits into two sections. The handicap parking is off to the right, closest to the access road and not near the front entrance. There are two hotels in the same parking lot and walking to the car and back I had to dodge several speeding cars racing through from the access road to the next road up.

I'm not sure when we'll come back here. The service was good but the food not so much. First off I ordered an espresso martini but what I got tasted like watered down coffee. I ordered the ribs which were okay but the baked potato was hard. Hubby said that the pizza was just okay. And the bathrooms were dirty. We used to like this place but they changed

Always a good time at my favorite place Food is always delicious and service is excellent. Victor and Ashley are always personable and make you feel at home.

The restaurant had great ambiance. I drank the Grand-A-Rita with added jalapeños. It was great! For food, we had chips and queso, chicken Caesar salad, pepperoni pizza, and Pineapple Express burger. Each of us enjoyed our meals and would go back.
