El Tropico

So far everything that I've gotten from there has been great! From the corn in a cup and dorilocos to the ice cream and Diablito! I probably go there 4 times a week! Lol Five stars!

I took my nephews here and there was a wide variety of snacks fruit cups and ice cream. Wasn't too expensive either compared to the usual big name franchise desert places. Theres room inside and a table outside to enjoy your desert. Service was good.

Awesome, Service! Corn in the cup is good. The fruit salad that was made the way we like it is awesome. The ice cream selection is crazy! Everything looks great! Definitely a place to hang out at with friends and family!

I probably come here wayyyyy too often but one taste of their elote and you'll be coming back weekly also! The service is always great and welcoming. Carlos knows my order and I'm pretty sure Señora Tropico does too! I've had the ice cream and brought family/friends here, they loved it! I grab an elote and the cucumber pineapple agua frescas each time. Everything else looks delicious too but I can't quit the corn. Lol Give it a try!

Typical fruteria with big assortment of ice cream flavors and fruit. They also have nachos, a little stale, and beverages. The employees serve generous helpings of your favorite snack. It is hot inside on summer days and the are occasionally uncouth parents there who let their nasty kids run around, including in the parking lot, with no concern for safety or the comfort of other patrons.

Our usual place in the city was shut down for Easter and that led to us discovering this San Antonio gem. The place is clean, the food delicious, and the young attendant was friendly. Since it was our first time he was kind and patient as I asked lots of questions. They have just won new customers!

I love El Tropico's colorful interior and their prices are great for the quantity as well. Our server was attentive and helpful. I had their medium sized mangonado and small watermelon agua Fresca for under $6.00. Their elote is really good as well. The portions are huge and their ratio of chamoy, Lucas and mango sorbet is on point. If you are paying by credit or debit card, your purchase must be at least $5.00 or they will charge a fee of $.50cents. It's warm inside El Tropico so that's something to keep in mind. I'm glad I found a place that's not too far from me. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing Aguas frescas I had the Cucumber Pineapple, it's refreshing and the little pieces of fruit in it make it have a delicious touch in your mouthThe corn cup was well cooked and has a lot of flavor

Nachos are stale as fuck like wtf why pay that much for stale ass food couldn't even eat it with to much cheese where it's all soggy
